Total Comfort has been doing my furnace service for years and, even though my furnace is over 50 years old, it runs very well and they don't try and sell me anything. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer.

Mr. Val Fezatte, was very thorough, courteous, and technically proficient at all times. Your technicians gave me MUCH confidence that you vetted your hiring superbly. Both arrived timely, were respectful and courteous, and addressed any question pleasantly. Directions were provided for use, and the area was left in appropriate fashion when they were finished.

Of course, being without heat was a time of duress, but I would not consider going elsewhere after my initial experience with the furnace replacement, and therefore proactively asked Mr. Fezatte to coordinate my 27 year old water heater replacement. This too, was a superbly handled experience. Total Comfort is at the top of my list for customer service and competence.

In December I had an old natural gas furnace that died. Total Comfort responded very quickly and installed a high efficiency Rheem furnace. It has performed fantastic thru this very cold winter of 2013-2014.

Total comfort has done work a few times. The guys work with my scheule, they are respectful, they seem to really care about me, my family and my health. After recently replacing my AC unit, they did a follow up call to make sure it was working well. Thanks.

They came to our apartment to fix our furnace . The guy did a good job. Even cleaned up after his self.

Called on 6/14/17 @ 12:46 pm, talked to secretary who assured me someone would return my call that afternoon re:replacing my central heat/air. No returned call by 6/15/17 @3:35 pm.
I am not in the habit of standing in long lines or chasing/hounding contractors to give my money for anything, so the replacement of my central heat/air & water heater will go to someone else.
If I can't at least get a timely response while trying to hire a contractor, I don't expect I will get good service on my job.

This is one of the worst business that we dealth with. The service manager is a dishonest person, cheated the customer. He did not fix the problem that he promised and his technician took the cash and ran. We decided to take this compnay to court. Lets the court decide
