The employees with Force Mechanical were amazing. The schedulers are courteous and kind. The service technician was prompt, professional, and kind. He followed all safety protocols. He clearly explained to me what was wrong with the AC unit.

This was my second time using Force Mechanical. They are responsive, on time, confident and expert in what they do. I was extremely pleased with their service and the courteous way in which they treat their customers. They were very thoughtful throughout the entire process that led up to the replacement of this hot water heater and I can’t think them enough for all the good work. If I ever have another job that is in their wheelhouse I will not hesitate to contact them first. This is a great company and I recommend them without reservation.

Excellent service! Thanks to Brandi in the office for great communication and arranging a technician to repair our broken A/C unit on a Saturday. Noah showed up promptly at 8:00 am, diagnosed the issue and had our A/C unit repaired within an hour. We will definitely use Force Mechanical LLC for our future HVAC system needs.

The tech was here for about 5-10 mins and my furnace was repairs. He needed to clean the sensor.
