Several years ago, Blue Ray installed a complete heating and cooling system in our home that we were renovating. The system has worked perfectly ever since, but we recently had an issue with air flow to an upper bedroom. Even though it was almost 10 years since Blue Ray did the work, they came out and remedied the problem at no charge. Excellent work, great follow up, I highly recommend Blue Ray.
We’ve been using Blue Ray for over 20 years. The technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. They are easy to get a hold of, have always addressed any issues promptly and will work around your schedule. Really, a “no brainer” when it comes to your heating and cooling needs.
Blue-ray's Technicians are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They took care of my A/C issue in under an hour. Will definitely call them again!
Will never use again. Had appointment on Monday. They called US to schedule for Saturday instead for THEIR convenience. Missed a call Saturday asking to call back. Called back office and service tech multiple times, left multiple messages, no call no show all day Saturday. Very upset for wasting our Saturday waiting for them to not only not show up, but to not call either. Do not recommend.
When trying our AC in the new house for the first time we found that the cold air wasn't being pushed through the house but the unit outside was running. We contacted Blue Ray Mechanical Inc to set up an appointment. A technician came out to check out our AC on a colder day and said the problem seemed to be that the system was leaking Freon and we could either fill it or have it replaced because repair wasn't really an option. We opted to have the system filled and to get a quote for replacement. The technician started to fill it but stopped after a bit saying it was too cold out and the lines were freezing. I feel this is something he should have known would happen and just scheduled us for another day. We were charged for the freon he used and he said he would get us a quote and come back another day when it was over 50 degrees. It's been over a week and we haven't heard anything from them as of yet for a quote or scheduling another day to come out. We decided to trying running the AC the other day when it was warmer out and it's still not working. We will be using a different company.
Add: We had a different company come to look at our AC and they found a burnt out wire on the system outside and mixed wires downstairs in the furnace. They replaced the burnt wire and fixed the mixed wiring and the AC is now running perfectly and they charged us A THIRD of what Blue Ray did. There was NO LEAK found in our system. We were also told by the other company that Freon may read as low on cold days. We were charged $360 by Blue Ray for an imaginary leak. The technicians at Blue Ray clearly don't know what they are doing, or at the very least the one they sent to our house was highly incompetent or purposefully dishonest and lacking in integrity!

Just recently they thought they fixed the AC that stopped working again and they spent sooo long trying to fix it, only to clock out on a Thursday while it wasnt fixed. Didnt come back Friday,Saturday,or sunday then came back monday to fix it. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX SO THE ENTIRE COMPLEX WAS OUT OF AC. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE. YOU SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT THE 1st TIME.
