Diamonds Heating & Cooling? More like Brandon & His Bad Attitude. My husband and I recently moved to Grant. Under the terms of our loan agreement we made with the homeowners, the furnace was to be replace because of the age of it, and AC was to be installed. Brandon, the owner, was apparently friends with the owners of my home. He agreed to do the job for $8,000 (which I’ve heard is a steal). After getting all the paperwork together & getting the job in order, Brandon did nothing but throw a fit the entire time about the loan agreements HE had agreed to in the first place—and I’m assuming this is because he realized he did this job too cheap. He demanded our loan company give him the FULL amount to start the job, rather than the HALF that was agreed on. He claimed he needed the full amount to even get the parts ordered. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful to my husband the entire time. Even threatened to withhold our key at one point in time. We ended up having to have our mortgage lender deal with him because he was THAT complicated of a man to deal with. The ARROGANCE spews out of every inch of his body. He is rude, unprofessional & only cares about money without giving ANY customer service. More recently, our tax company needed an itemized receipt for what was done to our AC & furnace since it was done through the loan, we reached out…he had BLOCKED my husbands phone number so he could never reach him again!!!! But not mine :). When we emailed him asking for this itemized receipt, he responded back and said “talking to our attorney about your request this morning…stay tuned”. He wants us to believe he can afford to talk to an attorney about an itemized receipt but your company can’t afford to start a job with HALF payment?!?!?! This will be posted in more places. Emailed for a quote, and Brandon got back with me, and came out to quote himself. Price was very reasonable, and timing couldn't have been faster. Would have been installed within 3 days, but I was going on vacation. Brandon worked with me on a date, and when I returned, came out with his son and installed the AC unit. During installation, a glass panel on one of my doors got damaged. When I mentioned it to Brandon, he made sure it was taken care of. Came back out, and fixed the panel. Great service.
