When I called the woman was polite and sent a gentleman to my home right away. I was impressed at how fast he got to my home and fixed my furnace in no time. The gentleman that fixed my furnace was polite and pleasant to be with. He told me and showed me what was broken and took care of it. I will always call Burton & Sons for all of my needs.

I have always had excellent work done by Burton & Sons. I totally trust them. Scuba Steve did an excellent job installing my new comfort toilet. He explained what he was doing and he put my mind at ease. Thank you Steve and Burton & Sons.

This company is absolutely amazing! We've been doing business with them since at least the early 2000's and QUALITY is always the crowning achievement and end result of their work. I just got a sump pump I purchased put in by Todd, one of their exceptional plumbers, accompanied by his apprentice/trainee. He did an outstanding, high-quality job at a very reasonable rate! In fact, Todd treats your project and home as if it was his own and the end result shows it! Todd went the extra mile to see that we were completely satisfied. Shelly, their dispatcher, works some awesome "scheduling magic" as well to get the plumber you need on the job in a timely manner. (Kudos to Todd and Shelly for all you did to take care of us this time around!)

Furthermore, if there are any problems or issues, Burton & Sons is always prompt to follow up. They go out of their way to try to accommodate your schedule and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. That's the way this company operates and the way they stand behind their work. You know, no matter what, they'll take care of you. I highly recommend Burton & Sons above all the competition!

VERY SAD TO HEAR THAT BURTON & SONS SOLD OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY (THORNTON & GROOMS... they actually call a plumbing compay that? Sounds like a men's clothier). T&G WILL NOT SERVICE MY AREA! I'LL MISS THE EXCEPTIONAL WORK FROM PLUMBERS LIKE TODD & STEVE! OH WELL!

hello the experience with Hartford&Ratliff was very pleasant. the person who was sent to my home had great knowledge of the type of heating system in the house, and was very professional in all areas of the repairs. the whole experience, was a pleasant one. Thank You Very Much. Ron Good-Dayy !

Called them to install a gas line and check out the blower motor per our house inspection. The first person who came installed the gas line and was very professional. The second guy came the next day to diagnose the furnace and blower motor. He brought a new blower motor with him assuming it needed replacing. He found there was nothing wrong with it but a few things were loose and rattling on the furnace. Tightened everything up and it very quiet now and runs smooth. Plus passed inspection. In the end they saved us $550.00 by not just replacing it as most companies would have done just so the can charge us. Both guys were great and very respectful. Thank you so much. I would definitely hire them again.

Our furnace went out and we reached out to B&S via their online form and they contacted us within a couple of hours and scheduled a same day appointment. They were in and out in under an hour, fixed our furnace, and installed a new thermostat (ours was old and going out).

Our technician, David, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It seemed a little expensive for the work we had done, but I would still use their service again for the peace of mind of knowing it'll be done right.

Todd from Burton and Sons, Inc. did an excellent job. He had vast knowledge on plumbing and other areas of work discussed. He is obviously very gifted from God and is using his gifts to help people out. He was quick, safe, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have relied on Burton & Sons for years. They are always professional, reliable, and knowledgeable on both plumbing and HVAC. Their most recent service call was for replacement of a residential, 50-gallon, natural gas water heater which also required a new gas valve and exhaust duct. Very pleased as usual with the service.

Joe was very professional, informative and polite with his explanation of our problem and how he could fix it for us. When the cost was given, we were a bit shocked. Joe was willing to help us with some discounts which helped lower the charges. Joe worked in a timely manner; and always used his "booties" when leaving and entering the house...so appreciated. We think Joe is a good technician for Burton & Sons, Inc.

Alan what is my plumber today. He showed up promptly and was extremely professional, he fixed my toilet in under 45 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and save me money where he could. This is an excellent company. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! A+
