Scott Elliott was awesome. Installed 200 amp breaker in rain.. Soaking wet. He was relentless. So pleasant and extremely professional. Truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. He is a Master Electrician . Other team members I applaud is Rebecca and Joe. Joe was also pleasant and got moving quickly to get my project done. Rebecca stayed on top of everything and keep me informed through the entire process. Everyone here should be recognized for a job well done. Thanks so much

Excellent sales and excellent installation. Kam explained everything and basically sold me on choosing Goyette over other places. Others didn’t impress me at all better price or not I wanted service and high quality product and work. Job and Tristan( I think sorry forgot name) did great work, moved my thermostat for me( which only was for decorative purposes but the took the time and did it) and explained everything. I would recommend Goyette to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

Called and setup a service call for maintenance on the A/C unit. Alex did a great job, the unit was cleaned and inspected it was checked for proper voltage & Amperage. The unit is working good at this time.
Alex arrived on time told me what he was going to do and got started and completed the job in an hour.
I had this furnace installed by Goyette Mechanical because they provide the best price for a high efficiency furnace, A/C, Humidifier & filter over the other 2 I had quotes from.
I highly recommend Goyette Mechanical because of the excellent work they perform.

Our service technician arrived promptly. He was very courteous and offered a number of options during our estimate appointment. However, he abruptly had to depart due to personal matters but, promised he had obtained all information needed to provide quote and was confident he could provide quote early the following week. When I didn't hear from Goyette by Friday of that week, I called and explained the situation. The dispatcher assured me she would pass my information along to both the service tech and another individual who I could only assume was his boss or counterpart. I have still yet to receive any type of feedback or communication which, in my opinion, is extremely unprofessional and show a clear lack in follow through and communication within the company. Very disappointed customer!

Our new furnace and air conditioner was installed very professionally. They protected the carpeting while carrying in parts and taking out the old and cleaned up after themselves and even gave pointers to re-route our furnace humidifier. They arrived on time and finished in less time than we were told. We are extremely satisfied and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I own a small restaurant and my walk-in cooler failed earlier today. Due to the extreme heat my normal heating & cooling vendor was swamped with work and wouldn't be able help today. I contacted several other vendors and heard the same thing. Goyette was able to send out a Technician pretty quickly and get me up-and-running. Without their help I would have lost thousands of dollars in perishable goods and probably the same in lost sales. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you, Goyette. I believe you are my vendor of choice from now on.

Called them to service my central air unit. The tech who came out was great, but due to the age of the unit, it was unrepairable. He suggested a new unit & called to get a customer service rep to come give me an estimate. The rep came the same day & proceeded to give an estimate on a larger than necessary a/c unit. He told me that my preferred size unit was not often used. He told me that "the company is out to make money" (which I know, but thought it rude to say so in front of a potential customer.) He gave an estimate, then left. A couple days later, I called the rep asking for an estimate on the smaller unit & he said he'd get back with me. He NEVER did. It's been over a week & a half, not one word from him. So, I went with another company. I won't be calling Goyette for heating/cooling issues - no $$ from me. 🙁

Nathan and his helper did a fantastic job. I wish I had thought to tip them before they left. They were 45 minutes late from the appointment time but no problem. Tybtayed until. Job was finished and did a great clean up job. I will recommend Goyette to anyone looking for a plumber. Thanks again.

I personally would not recommend, for personal or business hiring. In my case, it was for my business, and their efforts, or lack there of, took a toll on it; I hired them to work on/fix my water heater, and I was charged nearly $400, after paying, not even one week later, I am having the same issue, if not more currently. Not to mention, the operator or lady at the front desk, lies on behalf of the customers and is very unprofessional.
