    Called Tony's H/C we had no heat at our home. Technician Josh came out and accurately diagnosed and repaired our furnace. 2nd time I've called Tony's for repairs.
    Always my go to heating and cooling guys.

    I have a 9 year old broken GeoThermal system and my installer is MIA! The WaterFurnace manufacturer is of no help either...

    Tony has been very honest and helpful with his advice and trouble shooting guidance.

    He always returns my calls within a few hours even though I am outside of his service area!

    There should be a “6 Star” on the scale for those like Tony who help others even though they can not provide the service themselves...

    I highly rec amend Tony's. We had to have a new Heating and cooling system plus a new thermostat. The workers Jerry and Tom arrived on time and worked right though a sudden heavy rain that caught them on the roof.They did a great job in less than four hours.

    I had called the emergency line, then sent a guy out, he was great at first.. close to being on time.. until, all he did was remove a piece of metal from the heating unit, did not stick around more than 10-15 mins to insure it would work...and with I’m the first half hour after he left the heat shut back off, my boss and I called to have him come back and check it out even spoke to someone of higher authority in the company, was told he would drop heaters off and when he showed up my boss asked if he could just go up and check and be 110% positive that he knew what was wrong and or if he could just check and see if he could keep the heat going through the night...and he just said that he what was wrong, and that he didn’t need to go check, and proceeded to drop the heaters in the center of the floor and basically just completely ignore the request of my boss to double check and wasn’t truly concerned with customer service.

    Found out just today that the furnace installed in my home in 2003 was a furnace made in 1997. I was not aware of this. Don't you think I should have been told? I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Michigan. Shame on you.

    This is the worst company.. I had the DTE warranty on my air conditioner and they came. It cost me over 500.00 for their service. I have never had to pay WITH DTE and they charged me!! The only time I had to pay was when I had to have a new appliance, never for repairs! But they stuck it to me!!

    November 4th had Mitsubishi heat pump put in for sunroom guys came out layed down tarps ad to not mess the floor up asked before hanging indoor unit and also before setting outdoor unit very friendly and answered all my questions ... also when dealing with the office between emails and phone calls they got back to me same day or next day and that was only due to my work schedule..... I would deal with Tony's heating and cooling again and recommend them
