I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! The furnace at the house my daughter rents from us was not keeping temperature during the 2022 holiday break. My daughter has two kids 8 yrs and 6 yrs, so we can't have them going w/o heat. I called Theresa at Autumn Air and she advised me her husband had an install that day down river but he would stop by after he was done with that. As promised her husband came by later that afternoon and did a detailed inspection of the furnance checking both inside and outside. Unfortunately, just like what sometimes happens with cars and other mechanical devices it seemed to be working just as expected at that time. Since it was working fine there was nothing he could that day. He apologized over and over again and said if it happens again to call them and they'll come back out. Well, a little over a week later and it did happen again. True to their promise Theresa sent out another tech right away. She told me they will get this figured out and they did! I told her to send me a bill but she insisted she was not charging me for the second visit and they were just glad to help! Amazing in this day and age to find a company so compassionate and caring. Thank you so very much Autumn Air...you will be my 1st and only call for any heating and cooling issues in the future.

Last year, we had issues with our HVAC system. We had another company come out and they could not find the cause of the A/C to blow warm air. Autumn Air came out the same day we called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day.
We had an install done last week at my office. They were out ready to go by 7:00am. The installation went very well.
Their service is top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Our water heater wasn’t working properly and called after hours. Theresa and her husband were willing to FaceTime us to diagnose the issue and had parts ready for us first thing in the morning.
Kevin was over and had the unit up and running before noon. Kevin was extremely thorough, and caring enough to walk me through the issue and how he was going to fix it.
Outstanding communication from Theresa through the entire process, which is hard to come by. Don’t look elsewhere.

I brought 2 companies out last year to fix our ecobee thermostats. Both told me that I’d need to replace them because they weren’t compatible with our boiler. Autumn air was out to give me a quote for a high flow system..so I had them take a look at it. They fixed them all.

Since then..I’ve had them out a few more times for unrelated issues. They are hands down the most knowledgeable, responsive, and honest business I’ve ever dealt with.

I had a water heater leak through the floor. Theresa coordinated the service very quickly and David came out right away. They were excellent. High quality work. They were knowledgeable and professional. And the price was very reasonable for all they did. I will be using them again and highly recommend this company.

After a long weekend of being out of town, we came home to no hot water and the A/C not working properly. We asked around for recommendations because we needed both fixed ASAP!

After investigating and diagnosing the problems it was decided that both needed to be replaced, (I wasn’t shocked, we were kind of nursing them along) still not the best case scenario, not the worst either.
They gave us a great price on both and not only that...They were out early the very next day replacing both, by noon we had hot water and a cold house...and I had a happy comfortable wife 😁.
From the first phone call Theresa to see if they were available to the Jake the tech coming out, it was actually an easy and seamless installation.

Top notch service! Had a co2 scare and consumers told me to contact a furnace company. Called another company and wasn't satisfied with the results. I spoke with Theresa and she, as well, had the same concerns I had. She sent Dave to my house. He came in, check the upstairs first, went to the basement and checked that out as well. He thoroughly checked around my furnace and hot water heater. He gave me some helpful tips so if this ever happens again (hope it will never will) i have things to look for. He was very professional, helpful and personable. I highly recommend Autumn Air Mechanical!

Autumn Air responded the same day to our air conditioner not working. They were professional, courteous and provided amazing service. They replaced our air conditioner quickly and at a very reasonable price. We would recommend their services to anyone and will use again in the future!!!

I can't say enough great things about this company. Our furnace went out and after some diagnostics it was determined we needed a new furnace. Jake came out Wednesday and by Friday we had a new heating and cooling system installed. From start to finish Theresa and her husband were there to answer questions and even did a video call after hours to troubleshoot. I would recommend this company to anyone.
