After dealing with DTE's refusal to fix our HVAC even though we have a Home Protection Plan, Shadi came as soon as we gave him a call and fixed our AC in 5 minutes. I will never call anyone else.

Called a company and they said I need a 4200$ furnace, I called pro heating and he came at midnight without extra charge and diagnosed the problem in 5 mins and took even less to fix it. Turned out to be simple wiring. Very honest people and they aren't just out for money. Definitely my go to company from now on.

This is by far the most talented and knowledgeable HVAC specialist I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He quite literally may have saved my life when he determined the water heater that I bought didn't contain a crucial cooling mechanism, nearly causing a explosion. He properly installed my water heater and corrected a problem less experienced companies may have missed. I won't do business with another company!

Excellent service, finally someone honest and knows what they are doing. I had two companies come out, which I will not even dignify by mentioning by name. First guy told me I need to change my whole unit and wanted 3500. Second guy told me he could fix what was wrong but it would take a lot of work and that it would be cheaper to get a whole new unit and wanted 2800. Finally I called this company, the man that came out was so nice and kind. I ended up paying 150 dollars thats including me tipping 20 dollar. Needed a new board. That's it. Thank pro heating and cooling. Please never change
