2 days after Christmas in 20-degree weather, and right before the end of a business day, our furnace went out. I panicked and called Shaull since they had installed the furnace before I bought my house. Tyler and one of his associates picked up the phone and promised to come out immediately after their current job. Within an hour he replaced a broken plug and even serviced our furnace- super impressed and very happy, we'll definitely call Shaull for future services.

Air conditioner went out in the hottest stretch of weather we’ve had this summer. Called several other service places but couldn’t get to us for two days or up to a week and a half. Called Shaull and Tyler got back to me within minutes and was here within an hour. Service was professional and repaired quickly. I dont even know where to start. This company is the best. I've been having problems with a gas odor. A couple of times my Carbon Monoxide detector went off . I called a few places to come check things out. After a brief check I was told it nothing. One company suggested my septic system. Nope. That checked out fine. Recently I've been getting dizzy and getting migraines which I never get. Then started to feel confused. After a recent power outage my Carbon Monoxide detectors kept going off so I called Shaulls. They came right out and really searched for the source. It took awhile but they found and repaired the problem. I am so thankful they listened to me. Yes they found Carbon Monoxide in here. No more gas odor and migraines and dizziness gone. This could have turned out badly but they listened and fixed a serious problem no one else found. They are the best.

Came to our home when we were having furnace issues. Was there within 40 minutes when other companies around told us it would be more than a day before someone could come out. Refunded our service fee when they realized it was not fixable. Got us a new furnace and installed it the next day! Very affordable, fast, friendly, excellent service. Highly recommend!

I had 5 different quotes for a new furnace and decided to go with Shaull because they were super friendly, punctual and affordable. Everything went smooth and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Called Tyler and got his voicemail. No biggie it wasn't an emergency. Texted him the problem and within 15 min I got a call back. Said he was in the area and stopped and took a look at the issue. Came and looked at it and had some ideas for the culprit. Within 2 cycles of the furnace he had the problem figured out and the issue solved. Even did general maintenance while he was here without me asking. I will definitely be using shaull heating and air again. Thanks tyler!

I was completely impressed! Don't bother calling anyone else, this is the company that you want. Not only did they fix our problem, but it was fixed quickly and the technician took great care in wearing covers on his boots so that dirt wasn't tracked all over our house. Thank you!!!
