When I mentioned that I needed maintenance on my air conditioner, my neighbor recommended Simple Heating and Air. So glad he did! It was a very positive experience and I was extremely impressed with Nathan’s service…professional, friendly and informative. Excellent job! I will definitely be using them in the future and like my neighbor, am pleased to pass along my recommendation. There’s no better advertising than a satisfied customer!

Simple Heating and Air is a company you should definitely consider, as I highly recommend them. They are highly professional and treat you like family. You are not just another service call to them. The take time with you. Dan came out today and perused my AC and furnace, both of which are nearing their final resting place. Dan took all the time I needed to weigh my decisions about what to do next. He was so helpful and not at all pushy. I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating!!!

The technician came out and serviced the A/C in preparation for the summer. He was punctual, respectful, kind, and personable. He also walked through all the work I was hoping to get done throughout the house, offered reasonable solutions and alternatives, and ensured what was overall an informative visit.

I've used these guys twice so far and both times have been a pleasant experience. The first time I had several code updates that needed to be done on a rental property(chimney sleeve, updated furnace and water heater vents, and updated gas valve). The second time was to inspect furnace and permit/install a new water heater. They were great with communication, showed up on time, and kept me up to date with everything happening in the process. Five star service!

Heat went out. They were able to come out next day. Extremely nice and professional. Explained everything easily fixed the issue in no time. 10/10 would use their service everytime. The tech was amazing and was entirely helpful.

Excellent!!! I made the mistake of calling one of the bigger contractors in the Grand Rapids area (rhymes with Shander Bide) to work on our AC unit first. They came out and told me, without testing anything, that at a minimum my issue was cost 1600.00 and another option was 2400.00. I was also going to be needing a new water heater (not why I called) and my furnace could be replaced (not why I called). That sounded ridiculous. I needed a second opinion.
I called Simple Heating and Air Conditioning. Tech came out. Super friendly. Walked me through what he was doing. They fixed the issue for 350.00. He didn't try to up sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thank you! That's how you earn a customer.

Simple Heating And Air replaced my old central air unit. Their bid was competitive and fair, and their work was top notch. But, what impressed me most was their communication. I have had so many service companies in the past just show up, or no show or be impossible to get a response from. Everyone at Simple Air showed up when they said they would. They would even send a text reminder when they were on the way and who was coming. They were never late and even accommodated texting me on arrival vs. knocking for my baby's nap. They did what they said they would in a timely manner, and left everything clean. Not to mention every tech I dealt with and Amy in the office were friendly and easy to work with. I wish more home service companies would operate in this manner. If I ever need HVAC work in the future Simple Heating And Air will be my first call.

Once again, Simple Heating and Air did the job right! Not only did they come repair the air conditioner on a Sunday, they did not charge me anything because they said it was still under warranty! Honest, prompt and hardworking! There is no business better at getting heating and cooling jobs done!

We were told by another company that we had to completely replace our furnace or spend thousands on repairs. We contacted Simple Heating for another quote and they told us our furnace had another 7-10 years and only needed a small repair. They were honest and fair and we will be calling them again in the future!

Super impressed with Simple and their crew! Dan was our technician and came out on the weekend promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and got our furnace running again in no time. Wayne spent a good amount of time on the phone with me troubleshooting the problem before sending anyone out as well to see if it was an easy enough fix for us to tweak. I would recommend them 10/10!
