Dave was very prompt, courteous and friendly. He took time to explain the issue and walk me through my options. He wasted no time fixing my furnace. I am so glad I called. The entire staff has been great from appointment set up to completion of the furnace repair and installation of a new thermostat. I will definitely be calling again to have an A.C. unit installed soon. I would highly recommend Action Mechanical Heating & Cooling to all of my family & friends.

I called Action Mechanical in Belleville in the midst of a FREEZE!! Inches of snow on the ground and temps below 10 degrees, they were at my door the next morning. Jesse came out on the call and assessed the situation. He was so informative and professional!! He repaired our furnace without gouging us on price or making us feel like it should be replaced even though it is 25 years old. I highly recommend this contractor!

This is the only company I call to repair my HVAC system. The first time I contacted them was for our AC, it was repaired and cooling 45 minutes after my call. They've repaired our furnace, and are now replacing our humidifier. Jesse has been our most frequent technician. He explains exactly what is wrong in terms I can understand. He's always polite and punctual. I hope he stays with Action Mechanical, I'll be requesting him for all our repairs.

Never showed up for appointment to give me a quote for a new AC installation. They told me “Wednesday afternoon” (5/27). My husband called back to see if they could do it in the late afternoon. They stated, “Oh, no she made an appointment for 5/28 at 2pm.” It’s 5/28 past 530pm now and they are a no show, no call- nothing. I tried to call the business to see if they planned on coming today still and I get a voicemail X2 staying they were closed (this was at 0245pm). Well.. they lost a customer for a few thousand dollar job✌🏻.

Serviceman was out within 3 hours of making phone call. My furnace was about 40 years old and needed an obsolete part. They found one and installed it the next morning. Very satisfied.
