I contacted Zuvers Heating & Cooling when my AC quit working and I received an immediate call back. AJ discussed the repairs cost to fix my AC unit and showed me the parts that were not working and informed me that the repair costs would be more than three cost of replacement. Because I had never used Zuvers previously I check to ensure that the cost quoted were accurate and they absolutely were correct. Zuvers had my AC unit replaced within 2 days. Because of AJ’s excellent work I also had Zuvers replace my outdated furnace and the outcome this winter was so worth it. Zuvers installed a much more efficient furnace and my cost savings on my LP gas usage has been remarkable. As a consumer I always want to support our local companies. Due to the excellent, knowledgeable and honest work that Zuvers Heating &Cooling I will always contact them for all of my future heating and cooling needs. I would recommend Zuvers Heating & Cooling to anyone look for excellent work and service.

After our AC stopped blowing cold air during a heat wave I submitted a service request to Zuvers. The technician that responded to the request took a look at our unit and after some diagnosis told me that the cost to repair would be steep and I'd be better off buying a new one - the price would be around $3,500. I decided to hold off and get a second opinion, but of course was charged $80 for the call.

So glad I got a second opinion because the next company that came out was able to fix our AC with a $35 part and even gave us a new air filter. They said it looked like the panel on our AC hadn't even been removed.

I thought I'd give Zuvers a try because they are located so close to our home and had great reviews but can't recommend, it seems they just want to sell new units.

EDIT: The service call was 5/25/21. Comments from technician on receipt for service call "Found bad compressor recommend replacement of system".

Mechanical Extremes replaced a capacitor for $35 and had the system up and running.

Zuvers is the company to call if you want personal, honest service. We just moved into our house a few months back. Started having an issue with our AC last night, called Zuvers this morning, and the owner (AJ) was here within 1.5 hours to show us that there was nothing actually wrong with the unit; we just needed to clean all the cottonwood debris out of it. :) Glad we now know who to call when we have HVAC problems, and we'll be calling back when we need to replace our boiler. THANK YOU!!

My mom's furnace went out, And she called AJ and he was there and done it within 2 days and she is now got heat. They were fast and very polite and would recommend them to anyone. Needless to say she has a boiler and that's what she wanted to keep was steam heat. Big shout out to you AJ thank you.

We called Zuvers for a loud humming coming from our HVAC and an issue with our water heater not staying kicked on. They came out promptly within a few days and were reasonably priced for the house call. There was an issue after the initial house call with communication but they had later told me they had to take time off for a family concern. And that was totally fine, I understand things happen.
However, moving forward l was disappointed because there was no filter in my hvac and there seemed to be no urgency getting the correct one put back in. It’s the middle of winter and my furnace runs all day and night. They ordered filters and it took over 2 weeks to get to them. I finally decided to just go get a filter at lowes and he gave me a size that didn’t fit my unit. He said it was fine but a simple Google search shows it shouldn’t be sticking out of the system. I understand how he explained its eaiser to remove the filter when it sticks out but I felt like that it was poor advice.
As it relates to the water heater, they came out with the part, and the guy had ordered the wrong part so it couldn’t be installed. After that visit there was 0 follow up from the company to schedule to come back out. When I reached out it went from a part replacement to “you just need a whole new water heater”. And I would understand that if they put the part in and the heater didn’t work but they didn’t even attempt to install the part he originally ordered. That was frustrating. I just decided to go elsewhere. Another company came out within a week or so and replaced the part and my water heater is running great.
If you want something done without a hassle I recommend a different company.

AJ and his associate--Kyle--were awesome when installing my central air. There were a few hiccups on my house's end (including some wonky wiring and a super tight attic-space) but they worked around everything without complaint. From the time I set up the consultation to the date of install it was less than a week. They were in and out in a couple of hours and provided me much needed central air when the weather was in the high 90s. They were also just genuinely nice guys, answered any questions I had, and the price was incomparable. I am super happy with the service Zuvers provided and will be using them again in the future

Big thank you to Zuvers! After the storm came through this morning my central air stopped working and this little tin box I call a home started to get WARM. My brother called around and everyone else said it would be Monday at the earliest. Zuvars was here in just a few hours, figured out within minutes a chewed wire outside the unit had blown the blower motor fuse, fixed the wire, changed the fuse - and now my tin box is cold again. 😁 10/10, Definitely recommend!
