HD Air is a great company and very professional. Adam has been here twice for some issues in the past year and he explained everything that was being done in a very professional manner.

Jorge was fantastic . He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing; the repairs that needed to be done; and the options that I have, he was very professional and helpful, and even was finding ways to help save me some money. The best thing about Hurley and David is that I had called many different companies to have work done and none of them Were very helpful I even had one tell me that even though my repair was an emergency situation they would be there in December to months after I called them and they would still charge me an emergency fee of $109 just to come out even though it was two months away. It was still considered an emergency call so I appreciate George and Hurley and David definitely five stars in my book.

I give them props for coming out quickly, but follow-through is not great. I paid over $100 for same day service because out heating system wasn't working. The tech thought it was 2 pieces that was going to cost $2700 and wasn't 100% guaranteed to fix the problem. We decided to replace the whole furnace on our brand new house and scheduled that for 10/27. Guys came in on 10/27 replaced the whole unit and it seemed like it worked just fine. It was hot and noticed our AC stopped working after a couple days with the warmer weather, but we decided to check to make sure the heater was working and it wasn't!! H&D came back out 11/8 to find out that the one piece they put on was filling with water, but not emptying and it triggered a switch to shut off. Tech left and said they would come back with a new piece the next day and they would contact us. No one called so I called and had to set up another appt for him to come back that day which was 11/9. I got a text from H&D saying the appt they made me for the day should be done sooner in the day rather than between 2-6 because the tech needs to contact tech support which can take a while. Well anyways tech came back and switched the part out, the unit began to work, but was only working for a few minutes and then shutting off, but by the time that was done tech support was closed. Tech stated the same thing about being contacted by them to have them back out, but we can't constantly take off of work to be home for a problem that is not out fault. Not sure why these installs are not fully verified completely functional when done. Now I had to call back to have them come back tomorrow and have a family member be there because they can't do this on a weekend. I am truly hoping this is 100% fixed by tomorrow especially with the colder temps these next fews days. I mean I did just spend $9350 on a new furnace install in my only 1 year old house and have actually purchased a new AC/Heating unit 4 years ago at the house we sold.

I highly recommend them! They came in less than a hour to repair my boiler and thankfully found the issue to have it repaired. Not only are their prices affordable but they are extremely professional. Please contact them for all your HVAC needs, you will not be disappointed.

I am reviewing only my recent experience on a service call with technician Andrew. He is extremely professional. He's helped us with 2 service calls over the past year and each time was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to solve our issue. I have concerns otherwise with HD but not with their service.

I went for an upgrade and Art, Kyle, Andrew were wonderful. They were pleasant, answered all questions and very professional. They couldn't do enough to make me happy with everything. Kyle helped with setting up the clickers and Art explained what they were doing and help with understand the new system. I would definitely recommend them.

Adam was very polite and professional. He explained everything before he worked on the system and showed me what and why certain things should be done. He got me signed up for the yearly maintenance program and gave me estimates for future work that may need to be done.

Val came to review the my old and failing heating system and the give me options for replacement. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. No one wants to purchase a new system but I felt he was very empathetic and really believed in the company and the system he was selling. I had a lot of questions after the appointment and he answered them quickly and professionally. He never made me feel like I was bothering him especially since it was a Sunday. Truly a professional.
