Mike got back to me quickly, and his professionalism was very much appreciated. I provided some photos of the old buckaroo (leaky hot water heater) and within minutes, he provided a quote and his crew was over the house within the hour.

So disappointed in my experience wit DiReda plumbing. I was so hoping for a better service, communication, and outcome. As much as I respected Tony, I was disappointed in the way he handled the whole issue this time. I called him about a month ago for a quote for replacing my hot water tank, he gave me a certain quote which seemed reasonable but I told him I'd like to explore the tankless option; I called him 2 weeks later telling him we'll proceed with replacing the tank as the tankless option is beyond our budget; he asked me "how much did I say I'll charge you?" I told him the quote he gave me then, he said "lemme come take another look", he came checked the same exact tank & gave me a quote that was over $1200 higher than the one he gave me 2 weeks ago. I asked him to take a look at at an AC unit that I wanted to replace to give me a quote on that as well, he said "I might be able to fix it for you", I got so excited because we knew this unit needed to be replaced, but when he said he can fix it, I told him "I really appreciate it; you will save me a big sum of money", after checking the unit, he said we need to check the reagent but will charge you for that; I thought as long as you will fix it that's fine. After checking, he said, " It's unfixable as it has a leak, and needs to be replaced & charged me $175 for a service I didn't request in the first place.

Very professional and friendly. Better than expected response to my needs. Highly recommended for all plumbing and climate systems maintenance and repairs.

Mike came out and fixed a leaking pipe for my washer. He had to access the leak under the house in the crawl space which he gladly did. I apologized for the bad work environment and he said it was not a problem at all. Got the leak fixed quickly and haven't had a problem since. I would definitely recommend Direda Plumbing.

Had Direda out to replace both my furnace and water heater last fall. They came as committed, price was reasonable, they finished on time and did quality work. Would recommend.

A. Direda Plumbing (Tony) came into fix a cracked pipe from our upstairs bathroom that was going into our basement and causing water issues. They also found other pipes that had holes in them which they all fixed. It was a big job but they did it in one and half days. All the guys who helped out were professional and hard working. I highly recommend this company.

A DiReda plumbing and heating sent Mike and Pat over and they were very professional and helpful. They have changed my heating and ac system, my water heater, and have also cleaned slow drains in my house. Highly recommend A. DiReda plumbing and heating. Thank you very much A.
