Eric from Monkey Wrench responded right away with my Water Heater issue. He noticed my circulator pump was running very hot and needed to be replaced. After changing the circulator pump I had hot water back in my house immediately. Eric also thoroughly looked into my boiler and hot water system to make sure I wouldn’t have any future issues. Eric was very informative and professional, will be calling Monkey Wrench again for future work.

Eric helped me out in the pinch. I run an HOA in Lynn and one of the vacant units boiler wasn’t working during extreme low temps. He fixed the boiler within a couple hours, got the heat working. He also setup new shut off valves to be able to shut the water off on 3 frozen pipes going to the kitchen and bathroom. Really personable and reasonable with his prices! Thanks Eric!
