I needed to help my parents get a new HVAC system (Heat and A/C) for their home. Paul responded to our initial inquiry quickly, coming to the house to make an assessment and provide a quote. He answered follow up questions in a timely manner with the required information. Paul treated the job like it was for his own home - meaning no extra frills to drive up cost and making recommendations for the best fit for the situation. The installation went just as smoothly, and he and his team completed the work on time. They also cleaned up the site when they were finished. It was a positive experience working with Paul and we plan on calling on him again for any future service.

I came home from work on a Tuesday in January to find my house was 45 degrees. My heating system was not working. I had two companies look at my system. Both suggested I should replace my system. One said they can do it in three days. The other in 6 days. I contacted Paul from accurate at 9 pm. He said he will be there first thing in the morning. At 8:00 am he called and said his crew was on the way. They did a great job. They were professional, punctual, personable, and vey knowledgeable. They took the time to explain why my old system failed and went over in detail the new system they were installing. I highly accurate for your hvac needs.

From the moment I spoke to Paul my experience was amazing. Paul came quickly to give an estimate on a whole new hvac system with all new ductwork, taking out our old system etc. he recommended a system I wasn’t familiar with and why he likes it but gave me many options and 3 estimates in 3 price ranges.
After doing our homework we chose his suggested bosch 2.0 heat pump and air handler.
They started the work that following week. They worked all day each day till it was done. They took care of our home while here, helped move things out of the way as needed and Paul, Mike, Donnie, and the rest of the crew were wonderful to have around. While showing Donnie an area that was to be vented, he saw my guitar and gave me a lesson it was awesome. They took the pain out of an expensive project by making it more affordable than others, informing us of al rebates and exactly how our system works and by making it a personal experience for us. They did a fantastic job and will now be our go to. I cannot recommend them enough

I had him install new heating system in my new house, heater did not work so i called him and he came over, then iy stopped working as soon as he left, Never came back to repair his installation, he never put the conversion kit for propane in and cracked the heat exchanger on the Brand new heater he installed, brought him to court and he didn't even show up. now he is running from the court for not Paying restitution.

I called Paul Sunday night, when I found out Hot Water Tank needed to be replaced, Paul sent Mike H. to stop the water from coming out and to drain it, He shut off the gas as well.
The next day Paul installled a new one for us with a helper of his.

Paul and his crew were awesome! They did a fantastic job installing our new ductless heating and AC system in Whitman. They had the entire job done in 7 days and we couldn't be happier! Thank you!!!

These guys were great. My AC went out and they were able to come out same day to fix the issue. They also checked to make sure nothing else was wrong with the system and were able to get me back up and running very quickly. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

Our water heater went on a Sunday and Paul sent one of his guys down right away. The next day we had a new water heater. Great service! Will call him in the future.

This business is AMAZING. I called to inquire about repairing my heat and AC and received a call back from Paul almost immediately. He was polite, professional, and personable. He came out to give me a free quote ASAP and I immediately knew he was the one I wanted for the job. Paul was able to fit me in so quickly. His crew that showed up (Billy, Paul, and Nick) were incredible. Such gentleman and so professional. The entire project was done in one day and they left my house spotless. I am beyond impressed with Paul, his company, and crew and I plan on using them, and only them, in the future. HIGHLY recommend!
