They came to my place in May and told me they could do the job, they will call me with an estimate and never did. I called many types and left messages and when spoken to by secretary she says they will call me and never do. I just spoke to them today and they said they no longer do jobs in new bedford yet they are located in New bedford. Lack of communication and respect. Awful customer service. They should of told me that back in May not tell me otherwise leading me on I've been waiting almost a year now. Why is it so hard to find someone to install mini splits.

Called them once explained what I was experiencing from my heating system. And they responded quickly. They were able to get a great team out that same day. Actually 2hrs from contacting them. And they even called with updates when they were on their way. They showed up and within 5min they knew exactly what the problem was and went directly to work. Within a hour or less they had my system up and running again. Truly talented professionals, speedy service, informative, and very reasonable prices. Any further issues I won't hesitate to call again. And I highly recommend them so before you waste your time calling some unprofessional team give them a call first. One and done.

If you're looking for a friendly company that behaves in a professional a prompt manner, I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. We had an emergency job at a medical facility and contracted out for this company to be there to investigate the issue. Their service manager called us several hours after they were due to arrive to let us know that they would not being doing this job today and, in fact, had no intention of ever doing this job. Had I known that their employees would be this rude and incompetent, I never would have reached out to them in the first place.

Matt was super helpful and very professional. Fit me into his very busy schedule and found me a used compressor so we didn't have to pay for a custom order since our system is older. Great work.

Beware of this company they came and put leak stop in my mitsubishi mini split. According to the manufacturer they ruined my whole system and now it needs to be replaced they gave me an estimate of 3200 dollars saying that was just for labor I am getting estimates between $3500-$4100 for whole new system plus labor. I have all my receipts from previous years showing they put the leak stop and the last technician invoice saying that they put the leak stop and now unit needs to be replaced per manufacture. I will be filing a claim at the courts asap.

I am a senior citizen who is extremely heat-intolerant. My A.C. stopped cooling just as we were beginning a heat wave, my plumber, who installed the system, was not returning my calls/e-mails for help. For me, this was an emergency. A friend had highly recommended Designed Temperatures based on her very positive experience with them and their A.C. expertise.
D.T. was very easy to contact. They have an answering service! It makes all the difference in the world. They called me back quickly and a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional technician (Eric) was at my house early the next day. Between Eric and another outstanding technician (Paul) they had my A.C. up and cooling within 24 hours. I know the techs were also working hard on other customers' issues and they did a fabulous juggling act.
Although he was busy, tech Paul took the time to show me shrubbery he recommended I trim back away from the outdoor A.C. unit for better cooling. Who does that? Designed Temperatures and their amazing crew.
Oh, I have to mention the wonderful job Eric and Paul did with keeping me informed of their progress as well as calling to inform me when they would be returning. After the A.C. was working, Paul called me the next
day to make sure that it was. Who does that?
I highly recommend Designed Temperatures. They actually deserve more than a five-star rating. They have earned my gratitude and loyalty. I plan on having them perform my yearly service and work on any future A.C. issues I might have.
