I contacted the company to address an error code on an older model water heater. The in-take team was very efficient and addressed my concerns. They scheduled a technician to come out. I received multiple reminders of the service appointment, and the technician was a few minutes ahead of schedule. He was extremely professional and efficient. The issue ended up being fairly simple, but he did a very thorough job diagnosing the problem - and then waiting to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. Excellent service, overall!

The service tech spent the time and made the effort to thoroughly check everything in minimize the possibility of a failure during the cooling season. It may have taken a bit longer and cost a bit more, but when balanced against a problem when we have a houseful of family, it was well worth the investment.
This is our fourth year with D&G and by no meas our last.

Grace is a liar and cannot be trusted. If the owner is a liar why would you give your hard earned money to them? Just read the bad reviews of other here. Just go with another company and be happy.

I’ve been a regular customer for 5 years so I called on 2/28 because there was no heat coming out of my son’s room and basement. The tech arrived and after 2.5 hours he determined that there was a loose faulty connector plug from my clamper motor. He eliminated the plug, wired directly and tested the system several times. According to the tech the system was working properly. A couple of hours go by and I find that my basement and sons’s rooms are cold. I felt the baseboard and it was not warm as my other zones so I called the company and another tech comes. After another 2 hours the new tech finds that 2 zone valves are no good and that he needs to return with another tech to replace the 2 zones heads and test all zones. On 3/1 I called the company multiple times to confirm the 3rd appt and inquire about the billing. I spoke to Grace, the owner of the company, and she went on to tell me that there was no need for me to call the company that many times. Then she goes on to tell me that I will getting charge $200 dollars an hour for the 3rd visit since there were 2 techs coming to the house. I disagreed with her but I needed it the system to be fixed. On 3/2 after 2 hours, the 2 techs replaces the 2 valve heads, tested all the zones and the system seem to be working. They explained to me that my bedroom thermostat is the main one and that it needs to be calling in order for the other zones to work. I was not home all day on 3/3 so on 3/4 I noticed that once again there was no heat on my sons room and basement. I called the company multiple times, did some trouble shooting, put up my temperature to 78 and it still was not working. The other zones were working fine. Grace kept making excuses, never offered to send another tech and advised to get a second opinion from another company. On 3/7 I had another company come to the house and after hour of trouble shooting I finally have heat on those 2 zones. I received a bill from this company for $1003 which was $300 for the 2nd visit and $ 703 for the third visit even though the problem was never fixed. I called the company on 3/8 and 3/9 and my calls has not been returned. I want this to be rectified as I don't want to take a different course of action.
