Over the summer I had Endless Energy’s Mass Save audit & insulation department out to assess my house and recommend energy saving and insulation, which I moved forward with. Everyone I worked with from the scheduling team to the auditor and the installers was extremely professional, was able to explain what to expect, and took good care of my home.
Not only was I really happy with the process, but I’m already seeing savings and noticing how much better the house is holding its heat on cold days.
I’d highly recommend and am excited to explore heat pumps and potentially solar with them next year as well.
Had our heating system installed at our small preschool. Every worker was so accommodating to the fact that the children were still around. They made sure everything was cleaned up, that they were closing doors behind them, and were overall very conscious of the kids safety. They were quick and but nothing looks rushed. All the installed vents are clean and seamless in appearance on the ceilings. Every worker was kind and respectful to our staff and to the many kids who gawked at them when they went by. We would highly recommend Endless Energy's services.
Endless Energy sold & installed 4 Fujitsu Mini Splits in our home in 2017. All 4 stopped working in May 2022. After numerous calls and rude customer service we were given an appointment 7/22/22. We were assured this would resolve the problem and there was no charge. But unfortunately neither was true.The techs informed us the tubing they were changing out was no longer used due to problems. The system was still non functioning and we received a bill. 3 appointments were scheduled and cancelled same day with Service manager & Fujitsu. with guarantees they would be rescheduled. All communication stopped in October. It is coming up on 1 year since we contacted EE with this problem. We have been beyond patient.
Our minisplits were installed back in 2020 and I usually wait before leaving a review to see how the long-term client/business relationship will go. We’ve been happy with Endless Energy so far. We had some hiccups in maintenance scheduling recently but they were very proactive at sorting things out. As far as the A/C system is concerned, it’s our best investment ever.

I hired Endless Energy for a system of minisplits for heating/cooling in my 1953 home in Hyde Park, MA. From start to finish, my experience was top notch! Customer satisfaction started with Tina completing the application and permits for me and providing info for a 0% loan beyond the 10K rebate thru MassSave. I asked for installation in January after the holidays and with Yvette, the job was underway on Jan 16th. Devin, their electrician was at my curb early, ready to start and the crew arrived right behind him. I really lucked out with this team who were thorough, considerate and worked through rain and even light snow with no complaints. I was thrilled to have a woman on the job! Lassandra was great, as were Jon, the project manager, and Ellis. Jeff came in for a walk thru at the job's completion and I am a very satisfied customer who highly recommends EE.
Endless Energy just installed insulation in our 1950s attic, which already had old insulation, wood, debris and the top portion of a heat pump system (also installed by EE). The team lead (Mason) showed up promptly on the install date, walked me through the list of items he, and his team, were focusing on. He stopped at several points to check that what I he described matched what I was expecting. He warned me about potential changes to prices based on decisions and work to come (the price ended up below quote). He held off on several decisions that I was deferring to my fiancé until she could chime in. He also gave me an ETA on when he thought his team would head out for the dat (also ahead of schedule). When the time had come for his team to finish he gave me about a half hour heads up to plan ahead, which I also appreciated. Unlike the heat pump teams, this group brought drop clothes from the door way to the attic, which we appreciated. Good quality work, done efficiently, and communicated well. Would recommend EE for energy assessments and insulation any time.
