Called in the morning for a plumbing issue. The receptionist was very nice but didn't seem to understand the issues we were having. She transferred us to a manager and he was able to get an appointment setup for the following day. If this was a crisis we would've been in trouble but we were able to get by for the additional day. The plumber showed up during the time window estimated and got the job done. Rates are about average. Would recommend.

A very leisurely experience from start to finish. Fantastic install of brand new HVAC system which also included duct work for new central air and heat. Highly recommend working with them for any of your HVAC needs.

Luis Vitorino seamlessly advised and guided me through the replacement of our oil burner. He directed me to the various benefts available to
Massachusetts homeowners. He obtained the necessary permits and supervised all project and work. I appreciate his commitment to cutomer satisfaction.
The installers were very neat and efficient. They answered any questions I had about operation and maintenance without being condescending.

Had a bit of frustration regarding the timeliness and charges associated with a shower leak, but Liz was willing to hear those concerns and work on helping to fix the problem.

We signed up for auto delivery and auto pay. The auto delivery service was fine and we never ran out of oil. However, we had constant issues with them processing our payments... so even though we had auto pay, they never did it (and this hurt my financial cash flow). There was always an excuse from them and 1/2 the time they blamed it on my perfectly good credit card. We’ve spent over a year dealing with this and I’ve finally hit my last straw. If you offer a service, then follow through.

The absolute worst sub-contractor I’ve ever worked with. They had a very hard time with both my HVAC and plumbing on a new build. Too many good sub-contractors out there to settle for these guys, it’s not worth it.

I bought my house using a construction loan in January. What would have lasted someone else 1.5 months of oil lasted us 5 days. Woke up on a Saturday morning freezing only to find out our little space heater had broken during the move. First we called Alpha Oil, documents show servicing this house back 30 years. They said there was nothing they could do. Need to have a service rep come out on Monday for fees then proceed. I was shocked. Next call was to Ludlow Heating and Oil. Got the same result from the owner even after explaining how I had a 2 mo old baby and a 6 yr old little girl on a freezing morning in January. I called back and got the secretary this time. I wanted to try to sway his opinion because I was desprate. She said he had left the office since I got off the phone.. a whole 20 secs. Finally, I called Alves Fuels. Again, pleading I had a newborn baby and it was so cold in the house. He said just like anyone else he only had trucks out there for the auto shipments but asked if we had a contract with anyone else servicing us? Asked if we'd stay customers and was here in less than 15 mins and filled our tank.
I just knew this story needed to be told - of what truly wonderful people own this business and how much me and my family appreciated what he did for us. Thank you.
