Four Seasons Comfort

We moved into a new home in Hudson and within a week the AC system broke down in the middle of a heat wave. After calling several places, Four Seasons Comfort got back to us and within 24 hours and our house was cool again. My elderly parents then had an issue with their AC in Sudbury and could not get a service person for 2 weeks and so called me to see if you guys could service take care of them. Again, within 24, Nick was there and fixed the problem... the house hasn't been cooler in years!! Thank you - great service and we will continue to use this business.

Technician Matthew came to the house this morning to diagnose a gas furnace issue we have been dealing with . He was on time , professional , and diagnosed the issue after doing some tests on the furnace and gas lines. I worked with Four Seasons to install a heat pump system in my house. My current forced hot air system was not done correctly and was not adequately heating or cooling the house. Jason worked with me to design a system that met our needs and provided almost 6k in rebates from MassSave. Throughout the process they were very professional and were willing to answer all my questions after the system was live as I did not have experience with a heat pump system prior to this one. I am very pleased with the whole process and would gladly recommend them to others. Even after the system was installed I ran into issues with MassSave and the rebate process and Jason got on the phone with them and sorted it all out which was just an example of them going above and beyond.

I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with this company. From the initial install to maintenance, they have been amazing. Very neat, polite, and timely. Most of all, they stand behind their work, which is something you don't always see these days!

Jason's team was excellent! They were professional and completed the work as described and on time. His entire team was courteous and respectful while I was in my home office working.
