Fillipo was amazing. He arrived with a smile, a happy hello, and how can I help you. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself, and left with a have a great day. This company is by far the best. They’re employees you can tell enjoy their job, and that is because they are treated with respect. They are a HUGE WIN for you!

I had my first service with Paone today, Phil was the tech. The level of professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, etc were extraordinary. Phil found the existing mini-split not secured properly to the wall, he repaired that without being asked, he thoroughly cleaned the unit, repaired issues left by the prior company quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by the service, thank you Phil and Paone for the excellent service.

Paone gave me the best quote (and I got many), and gave me guidance on working with Mass Save to get the 0% loan & $10K rebate which I really appreciated. I had my old oil system taken out and replaced with a new heat pump. Other companies made it seem like it was too big of a job, but Paone said otherwise. And they were right, the whole project went quickly and was done in a few days. My new system is awesome. It's whisper quiet, kicks on immediately, and works a million times better than my old oil furnace did. Donald (owner), Graciela (office manager), Sean & Eddie (installers) were all really great.
