Cavicchi Heating and Air Conditioning

A few months after I moved to my new house (late 2016) the boiler started to go, right around New Years so it was getting very cold. Corey and his guys came on a Saturday for at least 12 hours during a big snow storm in order to make sure we had heat before an upcoming cold week. He had the best price out of four estimates too. This weekend I had a minor issue and he was here before 9am Monday to fix it. Great guy and great at what he does!

On Weds our AC was tripping the breaker so did some searching and came across Cavicchi H&AC. Had a pleasant call with Corey who was able to come by that afternoon. After accessing the situation it ended up being our Unit was at end of life and there were several shorts to ground within the unit {Note that I had worked on electrical systems on F/A-18s so he showed me the diagram and the issues}. He followed up the next day (Thurs) with several options that were available for immediate install. Today (Fri) I am now sitting comfortably in my home office cause his team came by this morning and fully replaced the outdoor unit and relative internal components.

Want to note that he juggled his teams schedule with other projects because I explained that my wife has asthma and the pollen/humidity would effect her breathing.

I emailed him the symptoms, through the contact card on his website. The coil was freezing up like an old refrigerator, he recommended a few diagnostic steps while I waited for him to come out.
