This review is from quote to finished and completed work on mini-split heat pump (HVAC). Overall was great and would recommend!

Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible.

Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service.

Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are.

Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on.
There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Josh and Jeo did a fantastic job. I will gladly have them anytime work on my heating system, professional clean, and neat.

Jeo was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
He respectfully answered all my questions and gave me helpful suggestions on using my a/c unit. I give him my highest recommendation

I've utilized their services quite a few times over the last few years. The best way that I can sum it up, is that they are the absolute best as far as professionalism is concerned, but you pay through the nose for it. Therefore, I only have them come out for the critical items that have to get done right (read: anything involved with natural gas).
I've had David P. out a few times and he's a consumate professional. Always on time.
If they could get their costs down, I'd likely use them more often.

Responsive, good customer service. Denommee quickly initiated a hot water heater replacement in December 2022 in time for us to host out of town guests. Days ago they were back out to repair a burst pipe. Thanks to Dave P. and Mike M. for the job well done!

We had a broken circulator that Drew came over to fix. I really liked working with him, he explained everything, was really friendly and was punctual. Would highly recommend, and we'll use Denommee again should anything else in our HVAC system need updated!

Jeo from Denommee was an absolute professional… not only was he detail oriented and exact in his work, he explained many aspects of our HVAC system that we did not understand. He helped us solve a problem we were having with our system, coming up with a solution and installing it. Cannot recommend Denommee and Jeo enough.

Of course the hottest day of the year is the day our AC decided to stop working - and a weekend no less! After calling 2 other places and being told no, Denommee set me up with an appointment right away. The technician was fast, upfront about cost, and did great work. AC was back running less than 2 hours after I called. I highly recommend this company.
