Alan was prompt and professional in responding to our call when our AC cut out during a recent heat wave. (We called him because of his expert installation of the system 11 years ago.) He replaced a small part and the system whirred back into action! We'll be customers for life!
I was having all of the above done. The work is still incomplete and we started in December 2020. I switched over to the mini splits units but Allen won’t take my calls nor will he return my texts. He’s taken about $12,500 for 4 mini splits, exterior tubing, electrical and another small heating/ac unit in my attic living space and has disappeared. BEWARE OF THIS MAN. DONT GIVE HIM MONEY UNTIL YOU KNOW YOUR SYSTEM WORKS. Another electrician told me that as soon as the units turn on the wires that are in the closed up walls now will not be able to sustain the machines.
Needed a quick service call to get our central air conditioning going and Alan picked up my call and our problem was fixed within an hour of my call. I wish I hadn’t wasted most of the day trying to get in touch with the service provider who installed the system! Thanks for so being so responsive, Pro Air!
I hired Alan in December and gave him a sizable down payment. He finally returned my phone call in February, long story short, he did a very unsatisfactory job and didn't complete it til end of June. I was running all three units at the temperature set at 64, the house temp read 82. I repeatedly called and called., only to be told his machine wasn't excepting and messages. I ended up calling and filing a complaint with Mitsubishi, who recommended I contact a certified Mitsubishi dealer. Fisher and Churchill came 3 times, multiple problems, shoddy workmanship on Alan's part. I was thankful that fisher churchill fixed the multiple problems with my 3 units. I wished I and called them in the first place, would have saved myself a lot less stress, headaches and money! Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!
Like many of the previous reviews, he took our money , took out the neighbor’s functioning compressor and replaced IT with one incompatible with their system. He left OUR non functioning compressor untouched. During the hottest summer on record we had no AC. The new compressor he mistakenly installed at the neighbor’s is damaged by the incompatible coolant and must be discarded. So now not only we, but the neighbor’s are without AC. And we both must pay again to have the system fixed correctly / $9000 for us. Throughout this process he has been unresponsive, says he will come fix it but never shows up. We haven’t seen him since early July. He is not responding to our communications. He took the money and ran.
Great experience with Alan and team. They came and did the job as expected and made a great recommendation on which HVAC unit to purchase. Would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends.
Alan was able to help me out of a pinch on short notice. He is punctual, highly knowledgeable, and very friendly. A consummate pro and a pleasure to work with.
Alan was quick to come out and inspect and determine there were no issues with, he was very kind and explained everything we needed to know. Excellent service and reasonably priced.

Alan hit my car with the company can four months ago. Since then he won't answer the phone or says that he will get back to me and doesn't.
Makes me wonder if his work is any better.
Also, it seems that the business does not have any address, or more specifically 5 or so different addresses that all look fake, makes one wonder
