They were very upfront about what their service covered and what it would cost - we didn't need a special quote because their standard pricing covered what we weanted. We got two other quotes, and these guys were the lowest cost, AND they did an excellent job. The tech showed up on time and - he was pleasant and professional. He did the vent cleaning very methodically and efficiently.
