We had a pipe burst over the weekend. Casey was there within an hour. Quick to diagnose the issue and cap off the pipe. Very professional and helped make a difficult situation easier.

From the initial call to the completion of the installation, this company was levels of professional, caring, and friendly uncommon in this industry. Shawn was amazing to work with and helpful in explaining my previous system and going over options. Him and his colleagues made the entire experience painless, they navigated challenges, and completed the project exactly how they explained and in the time they estimated. You can tell they enjoy what they do and why they do it. They’ve done their homework, brought in the experts, and have practiced customer success. Highly recommended!

This is the second time Chris has come to repair plumbing issues at our house. He is incredibly professional and kind. He explains everything so clearly and when he was here today, he checked his work from the last job to make sure everything still looked good. Evan L. was the apprentice working with him today and he was incredible too. We will definitely use G&C again, especially Chris B.

We had a leak and a service call the day before and it couldn’t be fixed. Shawn S. Came back out on Christmas Eve (his day off) to replace it (who does that, amazing)
-Highly recommend the Diamond club membership, so worth it!

Chris B., Chris M. and Chris S. were all fantastic to work with as was the office staff upon scheduling. Chris B. was even able to give us a very educated heads up about some potentially dangerous exhaust system venting issues (which subsequent follow ups from HVAC and Chimney specialists overwhelmingly confirmed) and we are super grateful! The shower install was quick and painless, and you couldn't even tell they had been in the house, it was so clean when they left. Repairing the water main even ended up being less expensive than quoted, which was a nice surprise. Great experience; would definitely recommend.
