This company is a farce. I tried to arrange service two separate times. Both times they had a window available same day and took payment for the service. Hours after my service window I reached out as I hadn't heard from the technician nor had anyone showed up. Each time I called to ask where the technician was they said, they were "stuck on a job". Multiple times I pushed the window for service and still no one showed up. I pushed to the next day at the earliest slot, still no one showed up. Today I finally called at 3:30pm after my service window was between 9-1pm and they said "well the technician never responded to our call." I was supposed to hear from the technician manager and yet he never called. They just take your money and never provide service. I was refunded but am keeping my eye out to make sure the refund hits my credit card. DO NOT CALL. DO NOT USE.

All the guys do a great job. They are clean and make sure I understand the shape my furnace is in. I have been with them as a customer for years and they have never let me down. The monthly maintenance program is well worth it.

Craig and the team from Appleton Heating & Cooling did a terrific job of installing my new furnace on Tuesday. Craig the service technician came right out when my 23 year furnace died.He was prompt,professional and very friendly; he was in and out within 30 minutes .The furnace is now working perfectly. All my rooms are a better temperature now. We are 100% pleased. They give the best customer service of any service people we have had to use.Fully recommended.

Installers arrived as scheduled. Replaced old furnace with new furnace, and installed new ac unit. Completed in 5 hours. Answered all my questions. Included the white glove service for follow up checks. The AC works well, due to fall temperatures have not used furnace yet.

Had Craig from Appleton Heating & Cooling come to clean and make any repairs to our two heating and air conditioning units.Remarkable technicians.Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.I highly recommend them to friends and relatives.
