I had issue with two of my AC units, i call All American and they were able to schedule an appointment to run test and troubleshooting, they diagnosed the problem and checked if the units were still under warranty and repair the units with replacements parts (under warranty) and they charge me reasonable labor fee. I will be using All American service again and I highly recommend this company.

Called to have my outdoor A/C unit checked because it was short-cycling. They were timely and polite, but could've been a lot more professional in my view.

The tech simply placed his hand on the indoor air handler before saying that I needed a new expansion valve. No tools, no visual inspection of the actual valve. Just looked like a guess. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was a complex mechanism. That's all I got.

The quote was $500+ assuming that the part would be covered under warranty and assuming his guess was accurate that I wouldn't need more service afterward.

When I said I'd like to get a second opinion, I was blindsided with a $95 bill for the visit. The owner of the company spoke with me over the phone to schedule the visit the day before. He had ample opportunity to notify me of this charge and never did.

UPDATE - It's the following day, I had another company come out. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes. No new parts. I had too many air vents closed given the size of my A/C unit. They added some freon to the unit too. Short cycling is no more. Under $100.

Excellent response time when quote for new AC requested. Price was best of three major vendors and they all suggested exact same Carrier unit. Service was done in a timely manner with our schedule seriously considered. Stellar reference from neighbor who has used this company for years confirmed when work was finished. We will definitely use this company again.

Excellent experience throughout the entire process. I was given a referral by a colleague who had used their service in the past. The owner himself picked up the initial call – he was very flexible to drop by and access the situation – old HVAC unit not performing well in hot summer. He gave me several options and explained how HVAC systems work and he accessed unit is better replaced than repaired. He provided quick quotes with couple of brand names and cost. The owner was never pushy or hard in selling me anything I wasn’t comfortable with. As soon as I signed, he promised to get installation done within 3-4 days (in summer time when these guys are really very busy).
His staff showed up on time as promised, removed the old unit and did a very professional job in installing the new HVAC/furnace. They also left an extra filter out there. The place was kept very tidy and clean – and told me they cared and their work would be very thorough. The owner himself was onsite to ensure all well -- at end of installation process he checked with me to ensure everything was as promised as per my liking. Results speak for themselves – new unit is working super fine. I would have no problem calling them again for serving the new unit or referring them to my neighbors. They stand by their ‘work’ and ‘word’ – what more can one ask these days.

I spoke to several companies before choosing who I would go with and I finally selected All American Mechanical. They installed three heating and cooling Trane units that function wonderfully ! In addition , I’m saving so much money on my gas and electric bill . I highly recommend this company they did a fantastic job .
