Our 20 year old HVAC unit had a leak and was not working. We needed a brand new entire unit. Our close friend recommended AVS. Mr Anil was very prompt and courteous. His prices were very competitive and the work was completed next day in few hours. We couldn’t be more happy with his services and we can not recommend him enough. If you are experiencing HVAC troubles, call AVS. You will be happy you did.

I had a great experience with AVS. They were able to send someone same day to help fix our problem, which was huge, especially as it was just days after Christmas. Anil was very helpful. He was able to identify and fix the problem, and was very thorough. He made sure to double check everything, which turned out to be very important when there was more to the problem. Very satisfied with the service.

One of the big home Heating outfits said my furnace was toast, parts not available, needed to be replaced. The AVS guys showed up an hour after I called. The diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour.

Sunil and team did an outstanding job of pulling the blower unit on an older a/c heating unit and replacing the defective motor at their workshop, then reinstalling late on a Friday so we could have heat for the weekend. I will definitely be calling them again when I need maintenance or repairs!

AVS Heating and Air Conditioning spend a long and hot day replacing my AC which was outdated and leaking at my tenant's. Franco and Aneal couldn't have done a cleaner, more wonderful job with minimal disruption and it was as if nothing happened after they left.

I mostly appreciate the cleanliness of our home while they were working and It was something I didn't request.

I called AVS to fix my AC, which hadn’t been working right before what was to be a very hot weekend. I was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday between 3-6 and felt really relieved that it would be fixed before the hot weekend. I was told to look out for a call 30 minutes before arrival. Thursday rolled around and time was passing by and no call. Quickly, 6 came and went and I hadn’t received any phone call. No notification that they were running late, no notification that they weren’t coming at all.

AVS completely ghosted me. I am incredibly disappointed at their unprofessional actions. Fortunately, I was able to get a reference to a very small one man business who came out on Friday, the very next day and fixed it for me. I will never, ever call AVS for any issue. I’ll stick to the smaller businesses from here on out.

AVS did a great job repairing our AC condenser. We had originally worked with another company that recommended a full replacement as they could not get the machine to work. We called AVS for a second opinion and they were very technical, tried various methods and got us back cooling right before the summer. Thanks!

We have used the services of AVS few times and they always handled our requests promptly and professionally. Anil, the owner of the company is very reliable and well trained in his area of expertise. He personally took my service request call. He even gave me advice on the phone, so that the system does not get damaged before coming out to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and is able to find the problem quickly and address it correctly. They are honest in their assessment and do not recommend unnecessary repairs to make money off you. AC went out on one of hottest days of the year. Same day service. I was especially impressed with employees. The technicians were running a few minutes late, and I received call letting me know as well as a call to let me know they were on their way. Technicians very courteous and knowledgeable. One of them, who has been with company for almost twenty years, took the time to explain the problem as well as a suggestion as to improve our AC's efficiency. After asking around, I found the pricing was reasonable.

We have been using avs for over 10 years across 3 houses and have always been very pleased with the technicians and their work. AVS is very responsive, timely, and dependable. Earlier this year we had a problem with our heating and AVS was able to get a technician out to us within 24 hours and had our heating working that evening. It ended up being a fairly easy fix and they charged us accordingly. I have recommended AVS to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
