Shane and his crew of extremely competent helpers win our bid when we were changing our heating to heat pumps. The proposal was the most clear and straightforward ( we got 5 estimates many were not easily understood, confusing tactics, it felt like)
The install went on schedule as planned. Shane and his crew were polite, cleaned every area ( like they weren’t there) . They also instructed me on how to get the best value heating wise with these Fujitsu units.Every unit was able to be put in the best area possible for our 1860 home. Now we are warm in each room, not hot in pellet stove room or freezing on other side of house. Even heat throughout the home wasn’t something I thought possible but it’s perfect!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We used Rousseau Electric to install two Fujitsu mini split systems in our house. They came in with the lowest of three bids. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the bid and the professionalism of Shane. The install was quick and flawless and we love the heat pumps. We have used them to cool in the summer and just switched them over to heat this fall. They work perfect in both modes. Shane gave us lots of tips and ideas of the best ways to set up and use the units. We couldn’t be happier with his knowledge, professionalism and service overall. He recommended that we install surge protectors on the units and also a whole home surge protector which we did. That gives us peace of mind! Shane was an excellent communicator. Came out to prepare a quote quickly & was able to get the work scheduled within 2 weeks. The Fujitsu mini split is amazing - has made a significant difference in the short time I’ve had it! Always felt in the know & confident about the quality of the equipment & work. Shane and his team did great work. He showed up on time and had great communication through entire job. His work shows for itself , nice clean install for my service upgrade and sub panel install. Been using Shane & his dad for years and wouldn't trust anybody else. Shane has taken over and is just as polite, courteous, knowledgeable & hard working as his father. On several occasions he's explained shoddy work done by prior electricians and why he's fixing it. A true master electrician that doesn't cut corners; so if you want it done once and want it done right call Shane.

Placed a generator for me this spring. Honest, professional, and conscientious. The gas company took some short cuts on their end, and he made certain they corrected the work. It took extra time on his end, and my family and I very much appreciated his attention to detail and safety.
