Best air conditioning company in Slidell. Always prompt service. My house has been the coolest in 18 years since Daryl suggested bigger ducts. When they installed my new unit the bigger ducts and new unit made a major difference. Also the 5 inch filters are awesome that Daryl and Karen suggested. Prompt delivery of them when I call. Since using them I have less allergy outbreaks. Thank you for your awesome 5 star service

Had used Larson's AC before for service work. They are quick to respond and have very reasonable prices. I knew it was only a matter of time before my old AC would be going to the grave. Well on a 92 degree day it decided it was no longer needed on this Earth and it expired. I called Larson' at 5:30 that afternoon and spoke to Karen. She wanted to send her guys out that day to see if they could provide some relief but knowing the end was already here, I told her to give me my options for replacement. With several options in hand, we made our decision on the Trane. They were out the next morning, 15 minutes early, changing out the unit. I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and respect the Larson's team provided us. I wouldn't call anyone else! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you want your ac and heater working you need to call Larson ac!!! Don't be a fool and go to anyone else !!! They are friendly, hard working, fair prices and they treat you like family. I had them come work on my ac after I called and had a few other ac companies come before I called Larson AC. Let me tell you the other companies didn't fix the problem at all. They charged me way to much just to come look at the problem.I found Larson AC by chance when they opened there office on brownswitch. All I can say is I'll be using them from now on for all my AC and heating needs!!! If you want the best service and fair prices you can get then call them !!! THANKS LARSON AC!!!!!

Awful company. They didn't show up for 2 confirmed appointments and ignored our calls and emails. Told us she was visiting a friend in the hospital and had no phone service. When they finally showed up, they diagnosed and installed a new bird cage within 30-40 max. total. They charged us $310.00. We asked for an itemized bill and/or receipt for the new part, they refused.
We sent an email stating that we objected the total amount invoiced and would be seeing legal help if they did not respond within a couple of days. This was Karen Larson (owner) response:

Please don't wait 3 days to contact the US Coast Guard Legal whom can pursue matters with me in a more professional nature, do so immediately.
Working with you especially, has been very trying on many levels. Your balance is still 260.00.''
