I’ve used these guys for several jobs now and while the work itself is done well, the communication and reliability is iffy. The first job required cutting a whole in my wall which due to it being wet at the time couldn’t be fixed then. But they never offered to come back and repair the hole that they made. It’s such a large hole and is expensive to repair. I still have boards over it for now till I can afford to fix what they did.. several times jobs have needed them to come back because they didn’t have a part, which I didn’t quite understand how they didn’t have parts, but when they were supposed to come back they didn’t show. No communication as to why or reschedule. I’ve taken days off for this and it’s really frustrating for a company to behave this way and not take into consideration the customer. I’m still waiting on a drain to get snakes that they still haven’t shown up to do. it’s getting to a point I don’t know if I will continue to use them.

Every single person that I know of who has ever worked there has had their last paycheck withheld by these crooks. I've heard of them laying off someone during the pandemic and telling the Louisiana workforce commission that they were merely suspended.

Don't ever use these people for anything. Scum is too kind of a word.

When my security company messed up something with my air conditioning in my studio, I called Mechanical Solutions. They had someone out quick even at the end of the day. They were able to fix the problem caused by someone else and while there even went out of their way to show me things I could do to make my a/c unit run more efficiently. Then the next day the owner called to follow up just to make sure we had everything taken care of properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Leak fixed Company should let customers know they do not have someone to do or care if hole is ever repaired in shower where they worked , what good is fixed leak if shower still not usable , I would never have used them if I had known all this , cheaper is not better And $2500 is not cheap on fixed income
