Prevost Heating and AC LLC

In mid-November, we were hosting a small, family only wedding in our backyard due to COVID. We had some family coming from out of town that were going to be staying in our upstairs guest bedrooms. Even though it was November, of course it happened to be 85-90 degrees outside, and as if we didn’t have enough things to worry about that weekend, our upstairs A/C stopped working and wouldn’t cool to less than 89 degrees. I’m trying not to be bridezilla here but was freaking out. Alex came over and quickly identified what the issue was, and our upstairs A/C was working and was down to 72 degrees within an hour. He saved us that weekend!! Alex is so reliable and trustworthy, we will be going straight to him for all future HVAC needs. Thank y’all so much!!

I have personally used this company for quite a long time (10 years?). Alex, the owner is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about what he does and definitely wants to be sure that you, as a customer, are satisfied when he leaves your home or business. Would and do highly recommend this business!!

Expensive for what they do and took over 5 weeks to put payment through. Never again.
