Melvin did a great job. He was very courteous and friendly. Informed me of everything he was doing and needed to do. I was impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to share it. He repaired my air-conditioning unit in a very timely manner. If I have any future climate control equipment problems I will certainly call on Precise Comfort. I would recommend Precise Comfort to others who need climate control equipment service.

Let me preface by saying this may be long. but deserving of my time.

Precise Comfort and Climates website has an emergency request feature, like many do. However, the difference here is I actually received a call back as promised, within 10 minutes.

The person that called me back, to my surprise, was a local boy. Not a call center routing my request to various unknown people for the first taker.

I recieved patient listening to my hyper anxiety, brought on by past experiences. He calmed me down, gave me a time, a promise the Tech would call when In route. I received it all.

They gave me respect that my time is valuable.

The feeling that thy fit me in, or keeping their schedule superceded my problem was never experienced. Unlike others.

I felt comfortable in HUMBLING my financial situation with the need to keep my OLD system going as long as I can.

PC&C has the complete understanding of the entire workings of old and new systems. They have been great listeners empathizers and willing educators.

I've been given a structured plan with the ultimate inevitable later than sooner.

My AC is running and cooling my home great. When it is time to install a new system, PC&C will be my guys. I trust them.

I've been given hope that their are still company's out their founded in integrity, There is someone i can count on to have my back.

Excellent service. Melvin and his crew were very professional, friendly and honest. He inspected and cleaned the coils of the inside and outside units and fully serviced my unit. He took his time to make sure I understood the job he did with before and after pics as well. They came highly recommended to me and now I highly recommend them!!

Precise Comfort came the next day for diagnostic, remove old ac unit, and install a new AC unit. Also, I received a follow-up call to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks Precise!!!

Melvin and his team are some of the best in the business. I have been using them for all of my AC/refrigeration needs at my restaurant for a few years now, and couldnt be more satisfied! Melvin & co were great. We've had our old ductwork replaced with new, and our annual HVAC maintenance (before New Orleans summer gets here). We live in an older house, so attention to detail & repair of small issues is just as important as the big stuff. Highly recommended.

Our office received numerous quotes on the replacement of a 2 ton Ductless Split AC System for our computer server area. The quote by Precise Comfort was almost 40% less than all other quotes. The technician that did the install Melvyn was knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Melvin was prompt and explained everything he was doing and why. He repaired and cleaned our air conditioner and furnace. Professional job and friendly service. They offer a contract that includes 2 cleanings a year at a very reasonable price .Highly recommend.

I've been using Precise for over 10 years now. The first time I called was on a Sunday afternoon, desperate and sweating. No one was even answering calls at the other places, but Melvyn answered and was here in a hurry and had my A/C back up in running in no time. I haven't used another company for my heating and cooling needs since.

Melvin is known for fixing problems that other AC guys can not fix. Melvin’s technical knowledge and skill level are top notch. In addition he is very professional and very very reliable. I recommend him for personal homes as well as commercial.
