Stay far away from this company. Extremely unprofessional. The girl that answers the phone told me to and I quote "go screw yourself" after that proceeded to hang up the phone. Second attempt started yelling at me on the line and when I told her to stop because it was unprofessional she hang up after telling to screw myself again. Ever since all my calls have been sent directly to their call center and I've been unable to talk to anybody even when I requested a manager through their call center. I am being billed for what I believe is an erroneous amount that should be cover under my manufacturers warranty, but because my calls are being screened I haven been able to resolve anything. This is exactly how you lose customers and future customers. BTW, they swapped my fan motor on a basic wall unit with a free one sent by manufacturer and are billing me $700 for that.. For reference, a completely new unit shipped directly to my house costs about $300 more. On top of that most of the time the technician spent in my house was fixing his own mistakes. He had to disassemble and reinstall the motor 3-4 times because he kept installing it incorrectly, even I had to point it out to him one time. What a joke.

Don't put yourself through this and go with a professional with actual customer service employees, not some ill-mannered child throwing tantrums at customers. They are overpriced for the service they provide.

I had a very pleasant experience with the HVAC technician Bruce! He was very friendly and kind when he arrived to fix my great aunt's outside unit. He was quick to get to the issue and he fixed the issue for good. My aunt has not have any issues with her unit ever since!
