Professional Heating & Air

I normally never do the reviews, but in this case I’ve made and exception. My experience with Proffessional Heating & Air is in the name. I had a number of issues going on with my a/c from needing a recharge, to needing my coil replaced, to my a/c needing a specific part. The part needed lastly was unattainable, due to a warehouse being destroyed in bad weather. But they didn’t give up on me they were able to get me a brand new unit free of charge! Due to their professionalism and hard work in making sure the customer is satisfied, I’d recommend them. They’re like the Chick-fil-A of heating and air!

Serviceman was quick, helpful and did not mind explaining things to me. I felt that I received a fair price for the service. He explained alternative solutions, short and long term, for this aging unit.

Technician came out in 1 day and performed necessary maintenance service on my 2 a/c units. I chose not to replace the condenser fan motor at $500 since it was still running OK. I'll probably find one cheaper when it finally goes out and replace it myself. Technician was friendly and courteous.

Received a courtesy call 15 minutes before his arrival. He arrived on time in uniform in a well identified vehicle. He was professional and courteous and performed the service in a timely and professional manner.

I called Professional HVAC needing service on my A/C unit, and they promply came out the same day. The technican, James B. was very knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed my problem and got me fixed up quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with him!

Follow up on 1st call out. James B. installed a new evaporator coil in my unit. He was prompt and finished the job and got me back cool again. Thanks again!

I moved to Hammond a year ago. I found this company on the internet. They had many stars. They were able to diagnose my problems and set me up with a new unit. I even have called them off hours.
