Legacy Cooling and Heating

Legacy is the most honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable HVAC service I've ever dealt with. They call back promptly and were happy to take the time to answer all questions and explain everything to us. They saved me thousands of dollars by properly diagnosing my issue and only repairing what was actually needed. We initially called another major HVAC service. I'm glad we went for a second opinion because the problem was completely misdiagnosed by the first AC company. Steven showed up the same day we called and because Steven is very thorough, he was able to correctly identify the issue and resolve it promptly at a very reasonable price. I have no reservations recommending Legacy.

Had issues with our AC that was installed by a different company, Legacy was referred to us and came out to check the unit. The tech came out and explained everything he saw and gave us solutions to try before moving on to more expensive options.

Came out at 9 o'clock at night within minutes of calling. Fixed my AC so my daughter and pregnant wife wouldn't be sleeping in this heat. Excellent service will use again!

Legacy Cooling and Heating is a very reputable company. I was in desperate need of cooling after my old condenser died. Steven and the crew came out to my house at the end of the day, replaced the condenser unit and updated my system. They were entirely professional and were out in within 3 hours. Should’ve wrote a review months ago.We’ve been using Legacy’s services for nearly 3 years, first with repair then installation in our new home. Since then they’ve been very responsive and affordable for all our repairs even just keeping us cool until the new part arrives. No unnecessary repairs or huge prices. Highly recommend !

Steven is responsive and thorough. He came out late at night, in the rain, in the summer heat and although the issue was obvious, he still insisted on a full system check, inside and out. He solved the problem, cleaned up after himself, and didn't charge me near what his services were worth that night. Honesty and integrity are core values of this company and for that reason I know I can count on Legacy to do the job right and at a fair price.
