Maclean's came out 2 times, 1st time was a clogged drain, it was leaking into the overflow pan and into the overflow drain tube outside. They vacuumed the main drain to clear it. 2nd time was the A/C would not start, David was able to diagnose that the capacitor had blown outside, and caused some wires to burn at a connector, he was able to repair the connector and replace the capacitor giving more life to a 25+ year old A/C that is nearing the end of it's life. Thank you David for not just saying it needed to be replaced right there. I was very happy with the solution and ingenuity!!! I will be calling Maclean's for all my A/C needs. They are prompt and honest, a good business model.

Macleans installed a new AC in my home over a year ago and did a fantastic job. As part of the installation I wanted to add an additional outlet, so it was a fairly extensive job. Very happy with their workmanship, and the system continues to operate perfectly.

Great service! They were able to diagnose (the same day I called, so fast!), get parts, and repair my heater all while I was out of town. They even found out for me that the parts were under warranty! And easy to contact, great communication.

I have been using Maclean's A/C for over 35 years. I strongly recommend his company for any A/C work necessary, new construction, repairs or replacement . We have developed a friendship as well over the years, and the most important thing to know is he is very honest, will not recommend anything unless it is necessary and will never take advantage of anyone that does not know about A/C repairs or replacement. Most people can accept the cost of maintenance, repairs, etc. on anything if they get what they pay for, and that is exactly what you get with his work. His mechanics are very good at what they do, and are easy to talk to.

The crew spent three days to
- remove my old, ground floor HVAC,
- take it away,
- prep-n-install the new system in my attic.

I haven't had it long enough to tell you about the new air conditioner, but the new furnace is SO QUIET. MACLEANS suggested I consider installing my new unit upstairs -- and they were right. Not only is it quieter, I now have extra space on the ground floor to store some countertop kitchen appliances. (A bonus!)

Some parts of my old HVAC system were over 35 years old (the youngest components were 26). There have been "improvements in HVAC efficiency", so I'm looking forward to lower heating bills this winter.

We hired this company for one of our Hertz Car Sales store's. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They removed the old ac unit and replaced it with a brand new one quickly and efficiently.
