The team was absolutely awesome. We needed a new system due to age of old system. They were timely and very professional. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was also awesome. Great small business that we are happy to support.

My A/C stopped cooling on a Sunday night at 6:30pm. I called and a technician returned my call within 10 minutes. Since it was so late and I have another A/C unit, Bradley, the technician told me he could be at my house in a couple of hours or at 6am the next morning if that was acceptable to me. He arrived at my house promptly at 6am and had my unit cooling again a couple of hours later.
I have been using Tiger Air for years and have never had a complaint.

Brad, Darren and Tyler did our complete replacement of our heating and cooling system at our office. They were very efficient and took great care to not damage anything and clean up after themselves. In the end you couldn’t tell they had been here except that we had a new system. These 3 guys were very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them for your project regardless of the size.

Bradley was very helpful and informative when my AC randomly went out! He was quick to find the root of the problem and gave great service. I would recommend them to everyone!

The technician (Brad) was very polite, professional and engaging. Explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He arrived within a couple of minutes to when he said he would. Was a holiday and went so far as tell me how long he was on call for the day in case something else happened. Would definitely recommend this ac company.

I had Tiger come out and replace one of my broken ducts and raise up my primary condensate. They were very professional and helpful! Brad and Tyler did a great, swift install. I would absolutely call them back if I needed something else in the future.

Do yourself a favor and stop wasting time looking for any other HVAC company other than Tiger Air! The crew of Darren, Brad, Tyler and Austin are courteous, knowledgeable and total professionals!
They arrived on time and the work they performed was totally well above and beyond my expectations!. All parts are hauled off and the job site is cleaned. They made sure the A/C systems installed not only functioned flawlessly but also looked good as well! The attention to detail was above impressive from the entire crew. No sloppy equipment joints, leaks or mis-fitting equipment, smooth and well thought pipe runs. A few changes were made to facilitate future ease of service on the equipment. You have to appreciate someone that looks ahead and spends a few extra minutes to improve the serviceability for the homeowner and not just stuff it back in the same way as it was.
These are true craftsmen that truly care about the job they do.
As a professional, I have very high expectations that they completely surpassed.
