So! Reached out to him on like a Saturday! And today is Thursday and we have working AC!! I stay in a old house that never had working ac in the time i been here (24 years to be exact)! He came when he said he was and went right to work. He showed me before and after pictures of my attic and explained everything that needed done and why it didn’t work in past! Awesome company! He even installed vents on my covered patio which is also my office and omg it feel so amazing back there! I’m glad i called him! Because i really do feel air and I’m in my happy place.

I always called on this company for the maintenance of my unit the cleaning the freon every time I call they always came on the time and the date that they say they was coming. On the other day I was having problems with my unit and I called It was late in the evening but he told me I’ll come and check it out and see what’s going on, he came and looked it over and told me what my problem was and when I called him I told him I was ready to fix the problem he gave me a time and a date and he was there . I’m truly one satisfy customer.

When I initially contact Trell to inquire about service, he immediately responded by coming to my home, checking on the issues. He give his professional insight on my issue in terms I would understand. After offering options for repairing and replacing, the decision was up to me the home owner. Once a decision was made Trell was contacted, the same evening he removed my old furnace and the very next morning replaced it with a new one. The service was nothing short of professional.

I called around 8:30 explained to Tyrell on the phone what had happened to my air conditioner that lightening hit it , He said he could be there around 1:30. He came and went in the attic about 20 later her told me what was wrong. He fixed my air and it been working very good. I would recommend to everybody. Now he is our air conditioner maintenance guy!!!! Once again Thank !!!!
