We returned from vacation to an AC unit that didn’t work. The guys at Infinity HVAC came out, diagnosed the issue (was the fan motor), and ordered the part the same day. We were told that it could take 7-14 days before the part came in; however, the part was in and installed the morning of day 5 (which included 2 weekend days)! We have AC again!! These guys were really great to work with. Customer service was top notch, and to top it off, they like dogs (we have a Lab and a Shepherd)! Will definitely call Infinity for any future HVAC needs.

They informed me of the issue they found, exactly how they'd do the repair, how long it would take, parts needed, etc. They fixed my system on the spot at a very reasonable price. Our heat when out during the ice storm on 2/3. They were called on Friday and we were told they would be out to fix it over the weekend. I called on Sunday to check the status since no one had come on Saturday and they tell me that our heat being out and it being freezing is not an emergency. They finally come today only to tell us it’s going to be another 3-5 days before they can do anything and it’s 30 degrees in the house. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate in my opinion. Definitely a cheap option but not worth the headache

Tim and the crewhave always given me extremely good timely service excellent quality trane products at very fair prices. I would highly recommend them and honestly I wouldn't consider using anybody else.

Dustin and Austin came out to replace both the outdoor and indoor units. Instead of just slapping the units in, they took the time to make sure that the job was done correctly the first time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend infinity for any HVAC needs.

I've used Infinity for when my own HVAC has gone down, but also for installs of replacement systems at investment properties. My experience has been they're honest and do high quality work.
