When the furnace went out the other week on our rental in Paris CH&A was the first place I thought of to call. There's far to many shoddy & shaddy companies around. Hence why my husband and I never contract out for anything if we can help it. However, under these circumstances we were out of town, the temps were dropping and couldn't leave our tenants without heat. CH&A fit us in within hours. Diagnosed the issue on the furnace & had the parts purchased & ordered as soon as the parts store was open. Highly satisfied with the level of professionalism, respect, and expertise. I would definitely recommend CH&A for all your HVAC needs. I plan on calling on them in the future if the need arises. Cost was as expected. Time and satisfaction was above par.

WORST scheduling service EVER. They came to fix the AC, then needed to come back to fix the thermostat to the heat. Said they'd come back the next day. Didn't come back for 2 MONTHS!! They came back today, 6 hours late, to fix the heat thermostat... then the AC broke again. Now we have NO AC and God knows when they will be back to fix it. Jeff the technician went above and beyond by bringing an AC window unit- even though the office had closed for the day. I am 8 months pregnant. With 90 degree weather outside, this was a great gesture. The world needs more tech's like Jeff and less poor schedule coodinators like the ones at their office.
