Woke up to no heat during the polar vortex 2021. Called Joseph, he was at my house in under 2 hours. He had to do a wiring repair from another company, and it took him a while to find the issues, but he was determined to make sure my family had heat. He was very professional and price was awesome for the amount of work that he had to do. We will use him for all our heating and air needs from now on!!

Awesome service. Troubleshot and repaired my unit in under half an hour. Really knowledgeable and polite. Had all the parts he needed on the truck with him, so I didn't have to wait to get cool air flowing again. Absolutely going to recommend to everyone I know.

Exceptional company! Honesty, Integrity, unbeatable pricing, unmatched customer service! I am not one to write reviews for companies as this is the first one I've ever written in 15+ years of using different services.

I stumbled upon AirTech as they were servicing my neighbors AC unit and they highly recommended them to me. I mentioned to Josette that my unit wasn't blowing cold air and he came right over, gave a very honest diagnosis explaining everything to me in laymen terms. Unfortunately I needed a new unit. The new unit was installed by an expert technician in one business day for a better than reasonable price. Durning this time we also had our upstairs AC unit serviced for the first time ever. While he was servicing this unit (while he worked in the rain) he was very patient as I asked many questions on user level maintenance so that I could properly maintain it in the future. Both AC units are now working excellent.

Bottom line, this review doesn't do this company justice. It is by far the best company I've ever worked with in all aspects. Notice that ALL of their reviews are 5 stars. It's nice to have found an honest customer service based company out there. I will definitely use AirTech for any future needs.

Great business. Absolutely 100% reasonable and honest. EDIT/ UPDATE: Today my heat went out. Being in the military is stressful enough without my wife calling to tell me the house was 50° inside (we also have a 6month old). I called and the owner and he talked me through what he would look at free of charge. This shows the integrity of this business. Eventually he ended up having to come out and fix it (very reasonable on price) later in the evening. I will continue to recommend this business to everyone needing HVAC work. Thanks you guys. You're the best.

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using them. My air was fixed within 15 minutes. The guy listened to the problem I was having and figured out the problem quickly. Having an old unit, I was prepared to hear the dreaded you need a new unit like others have tried to make us do in the past, but he didn't even mention it. I will definitely be using AirTech for any future problems.

Fixed my air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. Took him no time at all to fix the problem and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Very nice guy to boot. AirTech has you covered if you have any Heat or Cooling issues! I called requesting a service call and was told someone would be out to help around 1700-1730. Joe gave me a call when he was 5 min away and got here just before 1730, as planned and ready to serve. I told him about the issues I was having with my HVAC system and he listened with the utmost attentiveness and was very personable. After I finished explaining what I thought to be the problem, he proceeded to get straight to work with a diagnostic to track down the issue. He was extremely well prepared and ready to fix any problems that he may have encountered. During our conversation, he continued to show his professionalism by answering any questions I had respectively and with great patienc. Joe is a subject matter expert, professional and when it comes to his trade he is unmatched. I will call AirTech and Joe specifically if I have any future problems as well as recommend him to others. Overall, the service was top notch, the pricing was beyond fair. Thank you once again for the great service Joe.

Very professional and very helpful. I called to get my AC checked and they came the same day and I did not know my AC unit warranty had expired and yet AirTech came, replaced a faulty valve and filled it with freon for free. Definitely recommend this company

This review is simple, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! All of the reviews were accurate, don`t think twice about calling them if you have an issue, very friendly and helpful. My unit was very old and he still tried to make it work, I knew I needed a new one so he replaced it the same day! Very pleased with my new unit. Thank you Air Tech.
