Willhoite Service Co. Came on time and answered all my questions.They are personable and professional..I am looking forward to them replacing some duct runs for me next week.

Absolutely will recommend! They have had someone to our house within an hour of the initial call both times we have needed them this summer. Bill was absolutely wonderful. So kind and personable. Today somehow I missed the technician who came(sorry! 😳). They were kind enough to call me and try and get ahold of me and even sent someone back out (Bill!)the Friday before a long holiday weekend! Once again so kind, he remembered our family and our needs and fixed the issue quick! Everyone I’ve encountered there has been so nice! Thankful for this company!

My tech's were the greatest. They were professional and worked very hard with the hot temps outside and inside. All i can say is i aprreciated them so much. For my new unit installed it works great and is so quiet. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You two were the best.

Excellent customer service. They arrived the same day my parents heat stopped working in February. The next day they replaced all in a timely manner. The installers were courteous, worked diligently, and were polite. Recommend this company without reservation.

Be careful when calling this company if you live in Lexington. I got a bill 2 weeks after the tech came out because they have an “extra charge” to travel to Lexington.

Wonderful company! Answered my call promptly and was very polite. They were able to work me in the same day. Had my AC fixed quickly and charge was very reasonable. This was my 4th heating/AC call to Wilhoite and every experience has been excellent!

These are the folks I trust for my heating and cooling needs. They fix it right and charge a honest price. Whether it is just a service or complete replacement, they have me taken care of.

Really poor communication and they wrote my issue as resolved when it was not. I went 7 months without my dishwasher because of them and finally had to go to somebody else.
