This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. David and Blake were courteous and professional.
Mark was the contractor that came to our house. He had to install a new AC unit for us, and did a phenomenal job. His customer service was great. He talked to my husband and I prior to the install to make sure we knew all of our options with buying a new unit. He was friendly to us, as well as the family dog, and got the job done sooner than estimated. Milburn Heating and Air scheduled our appointments in a timely fashion. We will definitely use them in the future for all our service needs.

They were working with ServPro and came out to check my ac/heat. When I turned on my AC this year it was working, but not like it should. After getting many opinions from several different companies, which all recommended things like- new compressor $1500, new A-coil, new a-coil and outdoor unit $4000, brand new indoor and outdoor unit $6500 etc., Milburn came out. They did a deep clean inside and out, and basically what amounts to a tune up. For less than $150 our home is now cool for the first time this year. It’s hard to find an honest and dependable repair service, but these guys are the real deal. Do ur self a favor and call them if you have problems. From Marie in the office that always kind and knowledgeable, to the staff that’s on time and extremely friendly this is an A+++++ company. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it.
I discovered a malfunction with our A/C Unit on a Thursday morning.. Based on positive reviews we had read about Milburn Heating & Air, we gave them a call and they were able to come out in just a matter of a few hours. Our unit needed a part replaced, and though they had a tight schedule heading into the Memorial Day holiday weekend, we were added to the priority list. Mark Milburn arrived the next morning before 10:00 and had our A/C unit back up and running within 20 minutes. We highly recommend this business and will be calling them to take care of our routine Fall/Spring system maintenance.
I can't speak for others, but they would get more stars if that was an option! I have a home warranty and anyone who knows anything about them should know they pay their subs pennies. They normally are not priority (as seen with the first group of incompetent knuckeheads) I put in a claim about 2 months ago and the first company (four seasons) never attempted to make contact. After a month went by, I raised enough hell to finally get another company assigned to do the work. Less than 24 hrs after Milburn got the first request I had an appt scheduled. Very professional and work was completed. Yesterday I had another issue and contacted Milburn directly ( since the warranty company may has sent the other group of glitter eating jackwagons) and they were at my house with my issue correct within 12 hrs of my request. The office staff was very friendly and professional and the service tech was as well. I can not express how happy we are with this company.
Unfortunately last night my air-conditioning went out and it was blowing hot air and couldn't figure out what was going on. I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn
I have used Milburn for a little over a year and I personally have paid $305 for services and my homeowners insurance has paid them $105. I had called them out for an AC issue that once they arrived I realized was just a switch that I switched on and the AC started to work. They still charged be $65 to come out and do nothing. There is a leak in my brand new AC unit they cannot find so they have been getting $200 from me every summer for coolant but they could not waive a fee, they charged me and they did nothing. The even sadder part is their very nice recognition will maybe see $10 of that $65 for the 20 min of his time. They will give you a three hour window of when they will arrive and come 30 min to an hour after that time.
This company does not stand behind their work. They were hired by my home warranty company to install a new system three months ago. When I switched my system over to a/c last night, the blower malfunctioned and would not turn off even when I changed my thermostat to off. When something fails the first time you try it, it is undoubtably installed incorrectly. Milburn Heating and Air refused to make it right. The manager said I would need to pay a service call and a trip fee for them to diagnose the problem. She told me the labor warranty provided by my home warranty company had expired and that they would have to charge me to look at it again. When I challenged the manager about a faulty installation she got a nasty tone and told me that I was not an expert. I asked if they would be willing to pay the bill if I hired someone else who then determined that it was a faulty installation. She said they would not and then began to talk over me the rest of the conversation. I told her that rather than standing behind their work it seems like they are hiding behind a contract. The conversation ended when she hung up on me.
Would highly recommend Milburn Heat & Air. Not only were they excellent in scheduling me and re-scheduling me due to my different circumstances but they took amazing care of me getting the most from my home warranty (thanks Wendy!) I felt comfortable talking with them and that they had my best interest in mind.... and most importantly my house is warm now! Milburn Heat & Air is a great company with good people and service. Thanks!
My parents are in there 70's and I called Milburn heating and air. They came out that day and gave them a estimate. The install was 2 days later and the system was awesome. No problems it's been 2 years. They are the nicest people to deal with. Recommend to all
