The installation of a new heating and cooling unit was completed on the time promised. The vents and ducts were cleaned as well. The installation team were courteous and very knowledgeable of the product. The entire experience was positive. I have never had anyone clean up the job site as meticulously as these men. They were always working. No wasted time. And the owner checked to make sure everything was as we wanted. Great customer service.

Amazing company! I messaged through Facebook on a Sunday and they responded quickly. They can’t the next day in the afternoon and took care of everything we needed. They were so kind and an awesome company to work with. Will definitely be contacting again for our heating and air needs.

Graham Heating Air Conditioning visited my home for a check on AC and heating. Greg who performed the service was professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with information on each function he was performing. His service exceeded all maintenance performed since the unit was installed. His human relation skills and work skills far exceeded any technician I've met.

I highly recommend this company. Eric was very honest. I'd had a different company come and fix the reset button, and I was told that my furnace was old and parts couldn't be found. I never used them again. Eric told me that parts CAN be gotten for my furnace. All that needed to be done was replace a part that sparked so that the oil would heat. So, I didn't need to buy a new furnace. Thanks so much Eric.

Great service, great workmanship, very friendly. They removed my old split system and installed a brand new one all in one day. By that evening I was enjoying my new unit. The installation looked fantastic on the inside and outside, and the guys from Graham were very respectful and down to earth!
