I shopped around and found Litsey to be most reasonable. The work was high quality and done on time! In maybe 10 years I would know if the work is durable lol!

They installed an entire variable speed heat pump and all new ducting. The results were excellent, even when I had a warranty issue.

Rude customer representative. Poor service too. Had to call the guy multiple times to fix the same issue that as per him was fixed the first time itself. Ended up paying extra. Not recommend this company.

The only company to have 24/7 on their site and abide by it. CAIR heating and cooling installed the unit 2 years ago. Neglected to hook up the E heat. The system due to the cold kept trying to activate it but no. Burned out the control panel. Called a few spots that all had 24/7 emergency service and no one called back but Litsey. The lady called me early. Said they would be there soon and the great tech was there soon. Took a bit of searching but he found the issue. Was able to bypass the panel and got the heat on to warm the house up. He was great. Friendly. Joked some. Fast. Had my cold house and pooches as his priority. I just found a new provider for my house. Friendly Advice. Don’t use CAIR. They don’t offer 24/7 help even after buying a 10k unit.

We've had pretty much every service performed with Litsey between our home and our business/property and can attest to their work, customer service and pricing being impeccable.
