This store is racist!! I went in for some fishing stuff the guy followed me around and than had the audacity to ask me if I was stealing..will never again do business in this store

Not even worth the one star. Staff is rude always on there phone. Even tried to start a fight and threatened ti follow me to my car and beat me up. All over. $3.40 they did not want to give me because they didn't give me a receipt.Never again rude rude and threaten a customer.

They have a crazy amount of inventory and their prices seem very reasonable. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. There's hardly ever a wait when you need to get a key copied or a chain cut.

Small and crowded, but great customer service awesome selection for my needs and a huge blessing to have close to home.

One guy is awesome (older, tall, was in the paint section) the other old-timers aren't very helpful and always seem "put out" when asked anything.

Great "small business" that is and has been a part of Portland's DNA for literally generations. Andy Janes currently runs the place, and he and his crew do an excellent job of supplying with what you need, while making you part of the family.

Really cheap prices for keys. I took my broken car key in there hoping for a replacement. They got me together for a cheap price. So thankful. If you visit here ask for Timmy.
